Black cab rapist John Worboys is selling his £250,000 flat in North London - it has been revealed.

The convicted predator, 61, bought the one bedroom flat in April in 1981 and currently makes £861-a-month by renting it out - according to the Mirror.

But the disgraced cabbie, who once owned properties across the UK, is now being forced into a mass sell-off to pay for legal fees. 

According to the agents marketing the property, it is in a 'sought after development; in Enfield, North London.

It has a shower room and garage and has been lived in by the same tenant for 26 years. 

Last month it was announced Worboys will remain in prison for at least two more years as police revealed he could also be charged with new sexual offences.

Worboys, 61, was convicted in 2009 of attacking 12 women but detectives believe he may have targeted more than 200 others in London and the Bournemouth area.

The flat is a one-bedroom purpose-built apartment with a communal garden outside and a garage

The sexual predator had a 'rape kit' in his cab and would convince victims to share a glass of wine or Champagne with him to celebrate a bogus lottery win.

But he would spike the drink with sleeping pills and abused them while they lay unconscious in the back seat.  

Worboys is waiting to learn if he will face new sex charges after fresh allegations against him.

He will need to pay for lawyers if he is prosecuted and will also need representation should he make a fresh parole bid in two years’ time. 

Worboys built up a property portfolio across the country but has had to sell them off to pay for legal fees

2007: John Worboys arrested but released because police teams were overstretched and some doubted a black cab driver could be responsible

February 2008: John Worboys is arrested by police.

March 2009: John Worboys convicted of one rape, five sexual assaults, one attempted assault and 12 drugging charges. His sentence is indeterminate but must be at least eight years in jail

2010: Met Police admit they have received 102 new complaints from 100 women since his trial and conviction.

The CPS later defended its decision not to pursue more cases claiming majority 'did not pass the evidential test'

2015: Worboys loses first parole application.  

January 2018: A panel of three Parole Board members directs Worboys' release.

March 28 2018: High Court overturns the decision and orders case be looked at again

November 19: Worboys' parole application is rejected for another two years.

Police says CPS has new file related to other alleged sex attacks.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
