Guests attending the pre-wedding festivities of one Indian couple got the shock of a of a lifetime over the weekend when they discovered that Beyonce would be performing a private concert.
The pop star, who pocketed $6 million for her last private gig back in 2014, put on a show at a pre-wedding bash for the daughter of India's wealthiest man, Mukesh Ambani.
The billionaire chairman of Reliance Industries hired the pop star ahead of the big day on Wednesday, when his 27-year-old daughter and Yale graduated Isha Ambani will wed 33-year-old real estate mogul Anand Piramal.
Beyonce was not the only star in attendance either, with Aishwarya Rai, Hillary Clinton and Priyanka Chopra also in attendance, the latter bringing along her new husband Nick Jonas.
Also on hand were Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, another pair of Indian stars who were married just last month.

The 37-year-old mother-of-three paired the caped red-and-gold gown with gold flats, an ornate headpiece, earrings, and hand jewelry selected by stylist Marni Senofonte.
That was just one of the pop star's outfits, as she changed looks three times during the course of her private concert.
Hairstylist Neal Farinah coiffed the 22-time Grammy winner's signature middle-parted brunette mane and she wore heavy-handed make-up.

In April 2016, the bride-to-be Isha launched AJIO, an online fashion retailer, which is a subsidiary of her father's company Reliance Retail.
Her soon-to-be husband Arnand is listed as an executive director of Piramal Group, a conglomerate with interests in pharmaceutical, financial services, real estate, healthcare analytics and glass packaging.
He is also the founder of Piramal Realty, which he set up in 2012, the real estate development arm of Piramal Group.
The businessman majored in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Arnand's father Ajay Piramal is an Indian billionaire industrialist, and the chairman of the Piramal Group.

Beyoncé and the 49-year-old rap mogul will next compete for three trophies - Best R&B Performance, Best Urban Contemporary Album, and Best Music Video - at the Grammy Awards airing February 10 on CBS.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
