Nothing quite gets us into the holiday spirit like — well, holiday spirits.
Come Christmastime, bars around the world whip out their season specials, mixing candy canes, gingerbread, and marshmallows with their vodka and schnapps. There are also limited-time pop-up bars, which really go all out: Not only are they serving up entirely holiday-themed drink menus, but the decor, bites, and music are all Christmas, all the time.
Below, FEMAIL has rounded up some of the most festive cocktails across the US — which we bet even Santa himself couldn't resist. (But note to Mr. Claus: Don't drink and sleigh!)
Talk about decking the halls! Some of the best Christmas cocktails in the US are served up at Miracle pop-up bars, which are in nearly 100 locations nationwide, including Polite Provisions in San Diego, which is now Miracle on 30th St.
Yum! The first Miracle bar, Miracle on 9th Street, opened in New York City in 2015 — and now they've expanded. This year's menu includes the Bad Santa (pictured), which is made with apple cider, sherry, cinnamon syrup, and popcorn & bacon butter
Cheers! Miracle's Jingle Balls Nog (left) is made with cognac, sherry, brown butter, cinnamon, cream, and sugar, among other ingredients, while the Christmopolitan (right) has vodka, elderflower, spiced cranberry sauce, rosemary, and lime
Makin' a list... Their Koala-La La La, La La La La (left) is made with gin, pine, eucalyptus syrup, and orange bitters, and there's also a chocolate 'Nice' shot
So festive! The extensive menu includes a Snowball Old Fashioned (butterscotch rye, wormwood bitters, orange zest) (left), and the Christmas Carol Barrel (rum, Aquavit, pumpkin pie, lime, vanilla) (right)
Santa Claus is coming... to the bar! In Austin, Texas, The Roosevelt Room/The Eleanor is Miracle on 5th St. through the end of December. Miracle's website lists all the pop-ups locations
Better not pout... Mace in Manhattan (pictured) is the pop-up's original location, Miracle on 9th Street
Miracle, nationwide
In 2015, Mace cocktail bar in Manhattan was transformed into Miracle on 9th Street, a Christmas pop-up bar — and itwas such an instant hit, with hours-long waits, that it's expanded across the country.
Now Miracle has nearly 100 offshoots in other cities, including Denver, Tuscon, Jacksonville, Nashville, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Omaha, New Haven, Detroit, Boston, Raleigh, and Houston, among others.
While the all-out decor is definitely a major draw — there are ornaments, tinsel, lights, and Santa figurines just about everywhere — it's the drinks that really bring the festive cheer.
The bar's seasonal menu is packed with holiday cocktails, including Jingle Bells Nog, which is made with cognac, sherry, brown butter, cinnamon, cherry, vanilla, almond milk, cream, sugar, egg, and nutmeg.
There's also the Crismopolitan — made with vodka, elderflower, spice cranberry sauce, and rosemary — and the Yippie Ki Yay Mother F****r, which comes in a Santa mug, is a mix of sweet potato, rum, cachaça, dry curaçao, and marshmallow syrup.
Also on the list are the pumpkin-pie-infused Christmas Carol Barrel, the mulled wine Run Run Rudolph, the aptly-named Gingerbread Flip, and 'Naughty' and 'Nice' shots, too.
What's more, each one is served up in a special holiday-themed glass or mug, which customers can buy when they visit.
In the spirit! Miracle has also opened spin-off bars called Sippin' Santa, which have a tiki theme and a totally different menu — including this Sippin Santa drink, made with rum, amaro averna, lemon juice, orange juice, and gingerbread mix
Frosty! There's also the Mele Kalikimaka, the Blue Christmas, and the Kris Kringle Colada (dark rum, Cynar, allspice liqueur, lime juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut)
On the menu is the Kana Kaloka Swizzle (rum, lime juice, swizzle syrup), the Hawaiian Milk Punch (bourbon, cream, chai syrup, sarsaparilla, tobacco bitters, nutmeg, and Rudolph Shoots the Curl Fernet Branca Menta, Averna, dark chocolate liqueur)
Sippin' Santa, nationwide
From the people behind the Miracle pop-ups, these Sippin' Santa North Pole-inspired tiki bars have also been opening across the US.
This year there are nearly a dozen locations, with bars being transformed in New York, Sacramento, Washington, DC., Cleveland, New Orleans, Austin, and Tulsa — meaning revelers can get Blitzen-ed across the country.
On the menu this year are the Kris Kringle Colada (made with dark rum, allspice liqueur, pineapple juice, cream of coconut), the Sippin Santa (rum, citrus, gingerbread mix), and Grinch Grog (tequila, pine, pear, and 'Grinch syrup').
There's also the Blue Christmas (made with vodka, blue curaçao, apricot brandy, lemon juice, cream of coconut) and the Rudolph Shoots the Curl (Fernet Branca Menta, dark chocolate liqueur).
And while the theme skews less winter wonderland and more Mr. and Mrs. Claus go to Hawaii, the decor at most of these pop-ups is still everything you'd expect from a Christmas pop-up: lights, ornaments, trees, and Santa hats everywhere — so prepare for a deluge of Instagram likes.
Have yourself a merry little cocktail! New York City is also home to Donner and Blitzen's Reindeer Lounge in Brooklyn, where drinkers can order
A beautiful sight, we're happy tonight! Drinks there include the Feliz Navidad (tequila, Kahlua, milk, and cinnamon) and Elf Nog (Fernet-Branca, Creme de Menthe, and cream)
The weather outside is frightful, but the drinks are so delightful! Some of their cocktails — like the scotch-spiked cocoa Ski Lift — are served hot
Where Santa imbibes: Donner and Blitzen's also goes all out with decoration, decking the bar with lights
It's the most wonderful time of the year! The bar sets up with trees, wreaths, pillows, and throws to get in the spirit
Donner and Blitzen's Reindeer Lounge, New York City
Open in Brooklyn through the end of the year, Donner and Blitzen's Reindeer Lounge could make even the biggest skeptic believe — if not in Santa himself, then at least in the magical combination of booze and twinkle lights.
The holiday menu is full of Christmasy cocktails that'll warm your belly, like the Ski Lift — which is served hot. It's made with scotch and hot chocolate, and is topped with mini marshmallows.
The Festivus is also toasty, made with mulled wine and cognac.
If you prefer your drink chilled, there are even more options, including minty Elf Nog (Fernet-Branca, Creme de Menthe, and cream), the fruity Cran'ma Got Run Over By A Reindeer (rye, cranberry, lemon, and rosemary), the Feliz Navidad (tequila, Kahlua, milk, and cinnamon), and the Rudolph's So Bitter (vodka, Campari, and raspberry codial).
The bar also hosts special events, including Reindeer Dance Parties on Saturday nights, a holiday sing-a-long, and a trivia night.
All we want for Christmas... Christmas on 10th Street in Miami serves a Bulleit-Proof Nog, made with bourbon, RumChata, spiced eggnog, and whipped cream, with a cute little gingerbread cookie sticking out the top
Putting Rudolph to good use! The Cold Chocolate comes in a too-cute reindeer mug
So much sweetness! It's made with peppermint vodka, Bailey's, double chocolate cocoa, and whipped cream
Mixing it up! While peppermint, eggnog, and gingerbread are holiday staples, in the cocktail world, cranberries are a major go-to
A toast! Christmas on 10th Street's Peppermint Mule is made with peppermint vodka, ginger beer, fresh mint, and cranberries
No white Christmas in Florida! The Miami bar, which is usually Fadó Irish Pub, decorates with light and snow-like ornaments hanging from the ceiling
Christmas on 10th Street, Miami
For the entire month of December, Fadó Irish Pub is going full Santa's workshop — that is, if the elves drank on the job.
The holiday menu this year includes Cold Chocolate, a cocktail made with peppermint vodka, Bailey's, double chocolate cocoa, and whipped cream, and served in a too-cute reindeer mug with some seriously festive candy garnish.
There's also the Bulleit-Proof Nog, made with bourbon, RumChata, spiced eggnog, and whipped cream, which comes with a cute little gingerbread cookie sticking out the top.
Finally, the Peppermint Mule is made with peppermint vodka, ginger beer, fresh mint, and cranberries.
Sugar rush! Santa Baby Bar in Chicago's Colossal Cocoa (whipped cream-flavored vodka, peppermint schnapps, and hot cocoa) really earns the name
Going all-out! In addition to regular cocktails, they also serve up milkshakes — which can be ordered boozy
Carrie Claus? Their Clausmopolitan is a twist on a Cosmo and comes with a candy cane and a powdered sugar rim
Other drinks include the Mega Yule Mule (right), the Jingle Juice, and the Christmas Vacation (left)
In the bar, those looking for something to eat can order the red and green sliders and 'Sugar Plum Fairy Wings': chicken wings with hoison plum BBQ sauce and gold leaf dust
Brrr! Their outdoor patio is also pretty decked out — and that Chicago chill will definitely feel like Christmas
Santa Baby Bar, Chicago
The elves at Santa Baby Bar are really working overtime this year: The bar's ornament-heavy decor would put Mrs. Claus to shame, and the extensive list of Christmas cocktails would've been enough to give Rudolph that liquid courage to lead the way long ago.
Take the Mistletoe Margarita (made with tequila, lime juice, and apple juice), the Colossal Cocoa (a mix of whipped cream-flavored vodka, peppermint schnapps, and hot cocoa), and the Clausmopolitan (a twist on a Cosmo with a powdered sugar rim).
There's also the Mega Yule Mule (a peppermint-tinged Moscow Mule), Jingle Juice, and the Christmas Vacation (which made with rum and a variety fruit juices).
Those really looking to have a good time can sample their 'Twelve Shots of Christmas,' which include the Santa Bomb (apple whiskey, cranberry juice, Red Bull), the Christmas Cookie (Bailey's Irish Cream, butterscotch Schnapps, Kahula), and the Candy Cane (vanilla vodka, creme de menthe, peppermint schnapps).
Santa Baby Bar also mixes up a handful of very flashy boozy milkshakes, and theyoffer a variety of Christmas bites, too, like red and green sliders and 'Sugar Plum Fairy Wings': chicken wings with hoison plum BBQ sauce and gold leaf dust.
Warm it up! Reindeer Games Bar in Nashville also has some festive drinks, including the Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy (pictured) and Red Ryder Rosé (spiced rosé and pear brandy)
Diet stars in January! Their White Christmas is made with vodka, mint and chocolate liquers, coconut cream, and a grasshopper cookie rim
Feelin' fruity! Jack'd Skellington is made with cranberry gin, simple syrup, and a gingerbread cookie
Elves hard at work! Naturally, Reindeer Games Bar is also decorated for the holidays
Bringing joy! The space is filled with lights, candy canes, and mistletoe
Reindeer Games Bar, Nashville
Music City's most festive Christmas bar has six photogenic and tasty-looking themed cocktails — so if you're heading to Reindeer Games, pace yourself.
The White Christmas is made with vodka, mint and chocolate liquers, coconut cream, and a mint chocolate grasshopper cookie rim, while the Red Ryder Rosé is a hot mix of spiced rosé and pear brandy that's topped with cinnamon and candied almonds.
The Santa's Snack cocktail is what we imagine the jolly old guy would really like waiting for him when he comes down the chimney to help in through a busy night's work: It's made with Nutella, ice cream, milk, and candy cane-infused vodka, and comes with six chocolate chip cookies and a chocolate-dipped candy cane.
There's also the Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy, the Jack'd Skellington (cranberry gin, simple syrup, and a gingerbread cookie), and the Naughty List (whiskey, maple syrup, sherry, and almond milk, served with white cotton candy and coconut snow).

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
