«Breaking News» ‘Fuming’ newlywed erects SCAFFOLDING outside Tui shop over claims travel firm ruined his wedding

A furious newly-married husband has erected scaffolding outside a travel agents over his claim the holiday firm 'ruined his dream Greek wedding'.

Scaffolder Jason Cooper, 37, booked a wedding venue on the idyllic Greek island of Zante for his big day through the travel company with his wife Sarah, 33.

He had booked the two-week holiday and wedding for 100 guests in Zante.

He claims that when he arrived on the Mediterranean isle days before his wedding, he discovered the location was only able to hold 45 guests.

As a result he said he had to find a new venue on the island and shell out thousands of pounds to hold his wedding there.

Jason decided to erect scaffolding outside the Broadstairs branch in Kent today and said he will continue his protest until the firm reimburses him the money he paid for the new venue.

He said: 'I'm absolutely fuming. I'll keep coming back and putting the scaffolding back until I get my money.

'What happened was disgraceful. The reps said they had nothing to do with weddings. We spent a week trying to find a new venue at our own expense.

'We booked everything with TUI to save headaches at the other end. They failed and I've been forced to take action. I won't stop. I'll keep coming back. The sign will keep going up. I'm extremely angry.

'They ruined out dream wedding.'

The firm called the police after Jason started his protest but officers decided to take no action against him.

He claimed the travel agents have taken three months to get back to him but the final straw came yesterday when he said his complaints were dismissed again.

He said drivers had been beeping their horns when going passed the protest this morning.

He added: 'I want people to know what we went through. It caused a lot of stress. We've lost money on the back of this.

'It was supposed to be the best time of our life.'

Jason said eventually a venue was found. He added: 'We got in at the end but there was no help from TUI.'

TUI said in a statement: 'We would like to sincerely apologise to Mr and Mrs Cooper and their party for the mistakes made with their wedding booking.

'We understand this would have been a stressful experience and extremely disappointing for the customers during what should have been a very special time.

'We are carrying out a full internal review into what happened, both during the booking process and also since the customers have returned home.

'We are in contact with Mr and Mrs Cooper to apologise and we have offered a full refund of their holiday and extra costs.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
