«Breaking News» Emma Forbes, 53, shows off her figure in a plunging swimsuit

She's been enjoying her annual pilgrimage to Barbados.

And Emma Forbes was once again hitting the beach on Wednesday, laughing in delight as she took a dip in the ocean.

The presenter, 53, sported a simple black swimsuit with a plunging neckline and flattering ruffled detailing.

Emma's sombre one-piece also boasted cut-out detailing on the bodice, and was accessorised with a pendant necklace.

She wore her brunette crop in a tousled style and protected her eyes from the sun's rays with a pair of shades.

The TV personality was seen carrying a cup of coffee down to her sun lounger, in need of a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

Emma confessed her secret to looking fabulous at 50 when she appeared on ITV's Loose Women in June 2017.

Of her lifestyle change, she told panellists: 'I had my children and never lost my baby weight. It's fine when kids are aged two or three, but there’s a problem when they are 20.

'For me, I wanted to lose that weight. I didn’t recognise myself. You don’t look at that section of you.'

She continued: 'Everyone made such a big deal about me turning 50 and were like are you gonna have a party? But I just wanted a change. You're very vulnerable at 50.

Emma is mother to Lily, 21, and Sam, 19, from her marriage to wealthy financier Graham Clempson, whom she has been married to for 31 years.

The star married the banker in a romantic ceremony in September 1987. And Emma claimed it was her children leaving home which also prompted her to take action and change her lifestyle. 

She said: 'I had empty nest syndrome and I didn’t want to be at home and eating. I just thought, have a lifestyle change.  

She said at the time: 'For me, I wanted to lose that weight. I didn’t recognise myself. You don’t look at that section of you'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
