«Breaking News» Celebs take to Instagram to celebrate Christmas Eve

It's Christmas Eve: which means families all over the world, famous or otherwise, are taking to Instagram to show off their traditions and send seasonal wishes to their followers.

And the celebrities leading the way on December 24 included the likes of Tess Daly, David Furnish, Sam Faiers, David Beckham and Dan Osborne.

Tess took to the social media site to upload a snap of her in front of the tree, Christmas pudding shades on, pouting for the camera.

She uploaded the snap, alongside the caption: 'Feeling all kinds of Christmassy... Hope you have a Happy one!'

Elton John's husband David uploaded a snap of their two children, Zachary, seven, and Elijah, five, cuddled up watching holiday classic How The Grinch Stole Christmas from 1966.

'The Christmas traditions continue...' was the caption.

Becky Vardy posted a snap of her with four-year-old, Sofia, under the lights at Blenheim Palace. 

She wrote: 'Had such a good time @blenheimpalace the light [trail] is highly recommended... even in the mud!' 

The mother/daughter cosied up in the snap in woolly hats, coats and mittens, keeping warm from the chilly English weather.

By stark contrast, Sam Faiers uploaded a snap of her partner Paul Knightley and their son, Little Paul, frolicking on a beach in swimming shorts.

The pair were seen playing underneath a Christmas tree made from coconuts, and Sam captioned the shot: 'My boys on Christmas Eve!'

Jacqueline Jossa uploaded a snap of husband Dan Osborne lugging masses of presents around, wearing a Santa hat, captioning it: 'Santa’s little(massive) helper!' 

Natasha Beddingfield took to Instagram to film her family around their tree, bedecked with ornaments and lights, captioning it: 'And so it begins!'

Imogen Thomas posed with her daughters Ariana and Siera, all wearing festive pyjamas, also next to a tree.

She captioned this: 'Merry Christmas and a happy new year to our lovely followers. We hope you have the best day with your loved ones. Count your blessings that you are healthy, that's all that matters.'

She also uploaded snaps of the masses of vegetables she had to peel, plenty of crisps and chocolates for the week ahead, her daughters writing 'another list to Santa' and a snap of her and her father, from when she was young, captioning it 'Remembering my daddy today... RIP'.

Strictly star Dianne Buswell, at home in her native Australia, documented the wrapped  gifts and decorated tree at her family home, as well as a table ready for a festive lunch.

The latter uploaded a snap of a vintage bottle of red wine - a 1998 Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion - which averages at £310 per bottle; while the former videoed her daughter, India, one, helping Binky's mum, Jane, prepping the spuds and the sausage roles for the day ahead

She also videoed the children in her family getting excited about Santa's sleigh leaving the North Pole, as was reported on the news before they went to bed.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
