Vanessa Feltz has insisted that she was joking after previously saying she wanted to breastfeed her first grandchild.
The TV presenter, 56, made the comments in 2014 when she appeared in OK! Magazine and discussed her excitement ahead of welcoming her first grandchild.
At the time, Vanessa's eldest daughter Allegra was pregnant with her first and the broadcaster controversially shared that she was bursting with so much pride she thought she felt the urge to breastfeed baby Zeke.

At the time, she said: 'I can't breathe with excitement. I want to shout it from the rooftops. I'm not mad and I know it's a funny thing to come out with, but I want to breastfeed the baby.
'Apparently you can! I just think that I'm going to love this child so much that when it cries I'm going to get that sensation in my breasts and they may produce milk.'
Now four years on, Vanessa, who has since welcomed a second grandchild, Neroli, two, and expecting a third soon, insisted that her remarks were made in 'jest' and weren't meant to be taken literally.
She said: 'It was a joke, but sort of serious! I thought that when I saw the baby, it would feel like the prickly feeling you get in your boobs when you breastfeed.
Family affair: Vanessa appeared in the shoot alongside her daughters Allegra and Saskia, who is set to welcome her first child with husband Marc Joss
'But I don’t think that happens with grandmas - so it was metaphorical.'

Vanessa appeared in the shoot alongside her daughters Allegra and Saskia, who is set to welcome her first child with husband Marc Joss in the coming weeks, explained that she is a besotted grandmother.
'Absolutely besotted,' she shared. 'I love them to pieces. On the radio, I don’t want to talk about Brexit or the economy, I just want to speak about my grand-babies.'
And while professing her love for her ever-growing family, Vanessa joked that she can't 'afford' to marry her fiancé of 12 years, Ben Ofoedu, 46, after spending all of her cash on her gastric band surgery in 2010.
The chat show host has been engaged to the singer-songwriter since 2006 and was due to marry the music star initially in 2007 and then again in 2011.
She said: 'I can't afford to. I spent all the money on a gastric band!'
Continuing her surgery discussion, Vanessa revealed she believes her gastric band has 'slipped.'
Vanessa explained: 'They think it’s slipped, so the question is, do I take it out or leave it? I haven’t decided what to do. Apparently, this happens to one in five people. I don’t regret it but now it’s not so good.'

At the time, ...
It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
