I'm A Celebrity star Emily Atack has revealed she had a psychiatrist on standby during her time in the jungle, as she suffered a panic attack just days before entering.
The 28-year-old Inbetweeners star - who finished runner-up on the ITV show - told The Sun On Sunday she was struggling with her mental health right up until she entered the jungle in November, and still regularly sees a counsellor.
It comes as Emily also revealed she's been inundated with TV and performing offers since jetting back the UK earlier this week, but remained coy on whether there would be any chance of a romance with winner Harry Redknapp's son Jamie.

Speaking in the chat she said: 'I’ve only had one panic attack in my whole life and that was just before I left for the jungle. It was so, so horrible, totally out of the blue and really weird.
'I saw the psychiatrist before and after the show, and they’re still checking in to make sure I’m OK.
'I honestly feel like a different person now. It’s hard to explain how much can change in three weeks and although I’m the busiest I’ve ever been, weirdly I’m also the most chilled. I don’t think I’ll ever have another panic attack.'

Emily went onto admit that she's suffered waves of depression throughout her life, and still sees a therapist regularly.
The star also explained she's received non-stop offers of TV work since leaving the jungle, and is set to embark on a stand-up comedy tour in Spring 2019.
With her hilarious celebrity impressions, fearless attempts at trials and general positive nature, Emily was a huge hit with fans during her three weeks in the I'm A Celebrity, going onto finish runner-up behind series champion Harry Redknapp.
Since her return home there has also been mass speculation around whether Emily will embark on a romance with Harry's son Jamie, after joking that he should 'call her' when she was still Down Under.

Despite earning Harry's blessing, Emily previously explained that she is yet to receive Jamie's phone number, though did add her mum has already invited him for Christmas dinner.
She told The Sun on Thursday: 'No [I still don't have his number!] 'Poor Jamie! I bet he's thinking when is this all going to end!
'I'm very much single still and I'm enjoying it.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
