«Breaking News» Holly Willoughby's I'm A Celebrity wardrobe cost £19,000

It's come to be known among fashion retailers as the 'Holly effect'.

No sooner has I'm A Celebrity host Holly Willoughby finished her nightly jungle catwalk than stores and websites are being deluged by a stampede of customers after her latest outfit.

The phenomenon began on the show's very first night, November 18, when shoemaker Grenson's site crashed under the weight of those logging on to buy their Nanette hiker boots.

We favour florals all year round. Whether your preference is subtle ditsy, graphic colour or dark and moody, a bloomy print can be styled for any occasion.

If you’re in need of some inspiration for winter, look no further than Holly Willoughby.

With the aid of stylist to the stars, Angie Smith, the presenter has continually impressed us during her stint on I’m A Celebrity, and this outfit was another hit.

Donning a printed dress by The Kooples, she added an Isabel Marant belt and ankle boots from Maje to create an on-trend Western feel. We love it!

More than 400 pairs of the £255 boots went within hours. Miss Willoughby, 37, has put cowgirl chic and hiking boots back on trend with the help of her stylist Angie Smith and a slick social media profile.

Her jungle fashion show has totalled more than £19,000 – and been a boon for shops.

The online team at Harvey Nichols, which sold out of her top, skirt and belt ensemble by designer Isabel Marant in hours, even have a term for it: 'We've done a Holly again.'

In an interview with Red magazine, Miss Willoughby insisted she wears 'normal clothes'.

But fashion watchers have noticed a shift in her outfits from accessible high street to high end.

Stylist Lucas Armitage said: 'For me this is a bit of a shame, I loved that she demonstrated how amazing our high street was.'

And while she championed a long line of brands, not one of the outfits Holly wore during her three weeks in the jungle was from Marks & Spencer, despite the star's estimated £950k deal with the high street giant.

Holly was named as style ambassador for M&S earlier this year, with her collections becoming instant sell outs.

Branding expert Chris Ogle estimates the deal with the high street giant could be worth anywhere between £500,000 and £700,000, while PR expert Claire Shiels reasons it could be as much as £950,000.

The phenomenon began...

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
