«Breaking News» Heidi Klum, 45, and new fiancé Tom Kaulitz, 29, pack on the PDA

They announced their engagement on Christmas Eve after going official with their romance nine months ago.

And Heidi Klum looked smitten as she stepped out with her beau Tom Kaulitz's arm wrapped lovingly around her shoulders as they left a farmers' market in Bel Air, Los Angeles on Friday.

The model, 45, looked radiant as she opted for a casual look of jeans and a striped shirt which she paired with white Converses.

She left her flowing locks loose to tumble down her back and sported a hint of bronzer as she protected her eyes agains the sunshine.

The mother-of-four flashed a glimpse of the huge rock on her ring finger as she closed the door to her car.

Meanwhile guitarist Tom, 29, styled a simple white tee with black jeans and which he dressed down with a pair of Converse to match Heidi's.

Last week Heidi took to Instagram to share a picture of herself showing off her three-stone diamond ring and the caption: 'I SAID YES'.

She recently gushed to People of Tom: 'He is the kindest, sweetest, most caring, loving person. I feel so lucky. I don’t know the last time I was this happy in my life.'

Tom and his twin brother Bill Kaulitz are founding members of the rock band Tokio Hotel.

Since the band's formation in 2001, Tom has played the guitar while his brother provided vocals.

The engagement comes four years after she officially divorced Seal, following nearly 10 years of marriage.

The couple share four children together: sons Henry, 13, Johan, 12, Lou, nine, and daughter Leni, 14, who Seal adopted from her biological father, Heidi's former flame Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, 68.

Following the end of her marriage to the Kiss From A Rose singer, Heidi dated art dealer Vito Schnabel, 32, for three years.

Heidi's marriage to Tom would be her third, as she was also previously married to stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
