Crown Princess Mary has stunned in scarlet as she and the Danish royal family attended a Christmas Day church service.
Australian-born Mary, 46, was joined by her husband Crown Prince Frederik, their four children and extended royal relatives for the service at Aarhus Catheral in the country's north.
Donning a knee-length scarlet overcoat, the mother-of-four matched a white collared shirt with a crew neck-style grey pullover to complete the polished look.

The couple's children Prince Christian, 13, Princess Isabella, 11, and seven-year-old twins Josephine and Vincent, also rugged up in a bid to battle the Scandinavian winter.
While all four youngsters sported black ankle boots and warm winter coats, the girls opted for skirts and tights as opposed to the navy pants chosen by the couple's sons.
Also in attendance was Queen Margrethe who typically arrives in Aarhus for the festive season on December 21.
So too were Fredrick's brother Prince Joachim, his wife Princess Marie, their children Prince Henrik Carl and Princess Athena and the 49-year-old's elder sons from his previous marriage Prince Nikolai, 19, Prince Felix, 16.

Officially the Queen's summer residence, Marselisborg offers relative privacy for the extended clan since it was built in 1902.
Earlier this month, Mary made headlines when she offered a glimpse into the family's festive celebrations at the palace with a social media snap of its Christmas tree.

'Christmas party in the Knights Hall in Frederik VIII's Palace, Amalienborg, here on the third Sunday in advent,' the caption read.
The photo showed a huge Christmas tree adorned with an array of colourful baubles and stars.
Also seen in the shot were scattered festive pine cones, gold decorations atop a marble table and a dramatic chandelier hanging overhead.
And while the festivities have so far appeared jubilant, this year's Christmas celebrations will be tinged with sadness for the famous clan.
It marks the first since the death of the Queen's husband and Fredrick's father, Prince Henrik who died after suffering from a pulmonary infection at the age of 83 in February.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
