«Breaking News» Ariana Grande reveals she's never 'consumed more alcohol' than in the past month

She's been drowning her sorrows in champagne.

In an interview with Billboard, released Wednesday, Ariana Grande revealed that she's never 'consumed more alcohol' than she has in the past month.

'I am champagne,' the 25-year-old singer said. 'You know how people say we're 60 percent water? I'm 60 percent pink Veuve Clicquot.'

It's been a rough year and a half for the Side To Side singer, who witnessed a terrorist attack, lost ex-boyfriend Mac Miller to an overdose, and called off an engagement to SNL's Pete Davidson.

Grande channeled her pain into music, specifically her first ever Billboard Top 100 number one single—Thank U, Next.

'I love this more than any other song I've ever put out,' she told the media outlet. 'It was me and my besties tipsy off champagne...and me with a broken heart...just letting it out and having fun.'

Ariana's music triumphs, between Thank U, Next and her chart-topping album Sweetener, led Billboard to name her their 2018 Woman Of The Year.

But the Florida native is already looking ahead to her fifth studio album—titled after the hit breakup track.

'[Thank U, Next was a product of] feminine energy and champagne and music and laughter and crying,' Grande said. 'This [album's] not particularly uplifting. A lot of it sounds really upbeat, but it's actually a super sad chapter.'

Career milestone: Rather than wallow in a pint of ice cream, Grande channeled her pain into music—specifically her first ever Billboard Top 100 number one single, Thank U, Next

And the sadness of the past year remains with Ariana despite her recent musical milestones.

'I can't even say "Good morning" to anyone without crying,' she revealed, adding that she no longer 'gives a s**t' about what people think.

'When life tries you with such serious s**t so many times, your priorities change,' she said. 'I just want to be happy and healthy one day...and make music.'

Grande concluded her Billboard interview with words of advice for her younger self.

'The advice I would give to my younger self would probably be the same advice that I think I'm giving myself today, which is to just be kinder to myself,' she said.

'I've always been way better at giving lots of love and chances and acceptance and forgiveness to other people but none to myself. I think I would try to realize that a little earlier cause I'm just starting to enter that chapter and figure that out.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
