Keep it classic for party season in Alex's LBD
Always one to raise the bar in the style stakes, Alex Gerrard opted for a trend ticking mini dress as she partied over the weekend.
The chief WAG opted for a satin dress with puffball sleeves by Rotate, which she snapped up from her online go-to destination Net A Porter.
We love how Alex has given the look an edge with black patent ankle boots, but for more of a feminine spin you could also team the dress with metallic heels and a pair of statement earrings.

Flattering her lithe frame, the satin mini featured ruching on the bodice and voluminous puffball sleeves that aided in accentuating her tiny waist.
Skimming her tanned and toned thighs, the garment fell above the knee, offering a peek at her enviably long legs.
The blonde bombshell finished off the look by donning a pair of heeled patent ankle boots and toting a small patent handbag.

Whilst Alex is a successful model and fashion critic, she also juggles raising four children with football manager husband Steven.
The pair have been going from strength to strength since they became a couple in 2002 - marrying in a romantic ceremony in Clivesden House luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire in June 2007.
The duo have a brood made up of four beautiful children: Lilly-Ella, 14, Lexi, aged 12, Lourdes, seven, and Lio, 20 months.
Steven is best known for playing for Liverpool and captaining the England squad, and recently looked back at his time in the sport during an interview with The Daily Mail.
He recalled the moment he was pushed to retire as his body could not longer keep up with the demands of playing for Los Angeles.
But he also explained that he pushes that passion for football into his new role as Rangers manager, where the team are currently performing well at third place in the league.
He said: 'I have to be aware I must control my emotions a lot more. It's not about me now. It was about me when I played. Now the challenge is to get a group as right as I can, using my journey and experiences to help them.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
