A mother-of-two who dropped five dress sizes in just three months has revealed the gruelling regime that helped her slim down to a size 6.
Cassie Bubb, 31, from Wandsworth, dramatically overhauled her lifestyle after sore knees and aching hips caused by her heavy frame prevented her from playing with her young daughter.
Cassie would struggle to walk the short distance from her home in southwest London to the nearby park with two-year-old Ruby, having to take regular stops to deal with the pain.
But after seeing a photo of herself in a tight-fitting dress with her brother, Cassie realised she'd been in denial about her weight and realised the impact it was having on her health - going on to lose more than 3 stone.
Transformation: Cassie Bubb, 31, from Wandsworth, has dramatically overhauled her lifestyle, slimming down from 12 stone 8 lbs (left) to a lean and healthy 9 stone 1 lb (right)
She started working out at home up to five times a week and swapped fast food and calorie rich snacks for lean meat from MuscleFood.com and home cooked meals.
Cassie began piling on the pounds while she was pregnant with Ruby, and instead of losing the baby weight, added more to it.
At her heaviest, the 31-year-old, who's just 5 ft 1 tall, weighed in at 12 stone 8 lbs. She's now maintaining her weight at a much leaner 9 stone 1 lb.
It was when she saw the photo that she decided to take drastic action. She began exercising from home and overhauled her unhealthy diet.
Toast smothered in peanut butter, fried chicken and crisps were replaced with egg white omelettes packed with low fat cheese and mushrooms, lean chicken and fish with tasty rice and vegetables and protein bars.

The mother-of-two (pictured with her children) realised the impact her weight was having on her health - going on to lose more than 3 stone and six dress sizes in three months
In just three months Cassie lost three stone after going from eating thousands of calories a day to less than 1,800, and began lifting weights to tone and tighten her lean figure.
She now hits the gym for two hours, three times a week to lift, with her 13-year-old son Jake and brother Rick joining her, and all the aches and pains have gone.
Cassie said: 'After I had Jake I put on a bit of weight but always turned to faddy diets to shift the excess pounds. They'd work to help me lose the weight but as soon as I stopped following them, the weight piled back on.
'It was after Ruby was born two years ago that I really began to struggle. It'd eat when I could, often grabbing fast food or quick to cook meals and snacking on crisps, biscuits and calorific drinks.

Busy mum Cassie admits she used to 'eat when I could, often grabbing fast food or quick to cook meals and snacking on crisps, biscuits and calorific drinks'
'Walking to the park took massive effort. I'd have to stop a couple of times to sit down so the pain in my hips and knees would stop. I was only in my late 20's but was having the aches I expected to have as an old woman.
'It was when a friend took a photo of me and my brother on a night out that I realised how big I'd become. I was in denial before but seeing my round face and the rolls of fat was what I needed to kickstart my diet and exercise.
'Now the achy joints have gone and my relationship with food is transformed. I eat a lot more than I used to but am still maintaining my weight.
'I love my carbs so have lots of rice, pasta and potatoes, enjoy tasty steak baguettes with lots of salad, bagels packed with avocado, sausages and bacon.
'Nothing's off limit, I just eat sensibly. My kids have a healthier diet – everything's home cooked from scratch.

Mother-of-two Cassie loves hitting the gym and says: 'The key to losing weight and keeping it off for me has been about having a better relationship with food and increasing my exercise'
'I'm more confident than I've ever been, my skin looks great, hair is much thicker – losing the weight has completely transformed my life.
Cassie continued: 'MuscleFood has been part of my journey from the start. Lean chicken and steak have been central to my diet.
'I always order the hampers which offer me amazing value for money and top-quality meat. I've made good use of bundle offers where you can double up meat for £5 or buy an extra hamper for around a pound – that's less than buying a take-out coffee.
'The key to losing weight and keeping it off for me has been about having a better relationship with food and increasing my exercise.
'Finding the time with two kids isn't easy but it's important to make the time. I'm a much happier person, we all eat better and have a more active, healthier lifestyle.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
