A former Miss Russia, who only announced her pregnancy at eight months, has revealed the secrets of how she's kept her model figure while expecting her first child.
Victoria Lopyreva, 35, who was a FIFA World Cup 2018 ambassador and was crowned Miss Russia 2003, announced her pregnancy in December but found it easy to keep it under wraps as she's maintained her petite figure throughout.
Revealing her diet and exercise secrets, heavily pregnant Victoria praised the virtues of coconut water and her love of swimming.
'I made some adjustments to my diet - I’ve been missing sashimi,' she explained. 'I occasionally enjoy a few sips of red wine, which I never did before.
'I like to swim and have plenty of opportunity in Miami. I’m breathing sea air during romantic walks along the beach. I also drink a lot of water and coconut water to stay hydrated.'

The Russian model has revealed the secrets to maintaining her figure throughout her pregnancy. She said, 'thankfully I like food that is good for me and I’m getting plenty of iron from red meat and occasionally enjoy a few sips of red wine, which I never did before'
Throughout her pregnancy, Victoria said that she couldn't decide what she wanted to eat. She explained: 'It seemed to me that everything I wanted, wasn’t appropriate'

Victoria confessed that initially, she didn't have much time to notice any changes in her body after falling pregnant.
'In the beginning I was so busy with the World Cup 2018 in Russia that I simply didn’t give my figure any thought,' she said.
'There was barely time to eat so I just kept on going as usual and grabbed what I could during the short breaks in my schedule.
'There came a point where for a while, I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat,' she explained. 'It seemed to me that everything I wanted, wasn’t appropriate.'
Many insiders claimed that the future father of Victoria's child was not Russian tenor Nikolai Baskov, but Russian politician, Vitaly Mutko - but it's actually neither. The beauty queen, who has just a few weeks to go until she gives birth, added: 'Thankfully I like food that is good for me and I’m getting plenty of iron from red meat.'
Until now, Victoria has also been keeping the identity of the baby's father a closely guarded secret.
The rumour mill has been in overdrive since her announcement, with insiders claiming the father was Russian singer Nikolai Baskov or even politician, Vitaly Mutko.
However, Victoria has revealed that the father is her boyfriend Harry who few people even know she's dating.
'Harry is a businessman; an entrepreneur and we met via friends,' Victoria exclusively told Femail. 'He’s a private person, which I respect. He did literally sweep me off my feet.'

Victoria, who is an official ambassador of the FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia, decided to keep the news between the two of them as she was keen to focus on her role and to deliver to her country as best as possible
'Harry is so far removed from my showbiz world and I love that,' she explained. 'More action than words. Our news felt very personal and we wanted to enjoy it together for as long as possible.'
'I was traveling the world to promote the football championship, I didn’t want to slow down or for anyone to encourage me to take it easy, and so I kept our news to myself. I was keen to focus on my role and to deliver for my country.'
She added: 'Harry would have preferred to stay in the wings, which I understood but there was media speculation about my pregnancy that at some point was impossible to hide, so I made an announcement.'
'This of course provoked questions of paternity. So now we have nothing to hide and everything to show: our happiness, our love.'
Victoria first broke the news that she was expecting when Harry dropped her off at the airport for a flight to New York.

'He would have been thrilled if he weren’t so anxious; apparently it’s not advisable to fly at the very beginning,' explained Victoria.
'Then we were constantly on the phone and he worried about how I’d manage with my crazy itinerary and FIFA Ambassador to the World Cup 2018 in Russia role. He kept urging me to take care.'
She added: 'Incidentally, one of the first people I told was a lady I admire tremendously - my friend Fatma Samoura, General Secretary at FIFA.'
Throughout her pregnancy, Victoria has praised Harry for being a great source of support.
'He’s been supportive from the very beginning and continues to be,' she said. 'In fact we joke that he’s more pregnant than me! We’re totally inseparable; we spend every spare second together.'
She continued: 'I have had a lot of positive comments surrounding my pregnancy on Instagram and feel blessed. I’ve learned so much from other mothers and ones to be.'
As for the future, Victoria is going to continue taking each day one step at a time.
'I have plans but as the saying goes: if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans,' she explained. 'For the moment, I’m taking each day as it comes and enjoying it.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
