«Breaking News» Homes on UK's most expensive road in Belgravia cost £33m in 2018

The most expensive roads in the country for 2018 have been revealed, with homes in one street in an exclusive area of London costing an eye-watering £33million.

New figures released by the Land Registry show how the capital's upmarket boroughs of Westminster and Kensington dominate the list of dearest places to live in England and Wales.

Statistics for homes sold during 2018 showed that a property in Belgravia's Grosvenor Crescent, which is a stone's throw away from Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park Corner, went for £33,121,000.

The figure puts it in to a clear lead of other entries to the top ten most expensive, with homes in second-placed Avenue Road in City of Westminster selling for £17,350,000.

Records also show the cheapest roads based on sales made last year, with properties in Harrowgate Lane, Stockton-on-Tees going for an average of £16,415.

It means that a home on the road, located on the edge of the market town in County Durham, is about 2,000 times more affordable than a home in Grosvenor Crescent.

Land Registry's 2018 figures reveal that there were 1,246 roads throughout England and Wales where the average price of a home was above £1million.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
