A 19,000 square-foot house on a sportsman's retreat in Meeker, Colorado, is on the market along with a prized, private fishery on the river running through the property and a four-hole golf course designed by the famed pro Greg Norman.
Henry R. Kravis, billionaire co-founder of the enormous global private equity firm KKR & Co. Inc., is relinquishing the 4,603-acre Westlands mountain ranch for $46 million, and for that price, the property comes with a lot of offerings.
The history of Westlands as a destination for hunters and fishermen goes back to when Theodore Roosevelt himself hunted and fished from the ranch and in the surrounding region.
According to the listing, the 'centerpiece' of the development is the North Fork fishery of the White River. The trout fishery is private and unlikely to be orchestrated on another new property 'in today's world.'
Henry Kravitz's main house at Westlake ranch in is roughly 19,000 square feet and houses five bedrooms along with multiple fireplaces
The Westlake property lies alongside the North Fork of the White River and a stretch of the South Fork to cover more than five miles of live water
The Westlands was a destination for hunting and fishing even back when Theodore Roosevelt based his sporting activities out of the ranch
'Much of the river structure was implemented nearly 30 years ago, prior to today’s stricter regulations,' the real estate listing boasts. With such planning over decades, there are now more than five miles of water within the boundaries of the Westlands with pools and islands for fly fishermen to explore.
The ranch also has options for additional outdoor activities including the private golf course designed and played by Australian golf pro Greg Norman, nicknamed 'The Shark. The four-hole course is laid out by the river with a tee placed across a bridge linking to an island. The tennis court is built right next to it as well.
The health of the forested area on the property has been carefully maintained by the owner to promote diverse vegetation and hunting has been limited to maintain wildlife populations.
In this environment, outdoor activities such as shooting, hunting, horseback riding, biking and hiking are still plentiful along miles of roads and trails. The surrounding area is mostly public land managed by the state or federal governments.
Three building sites in the White River valley containing the support facilities and housing for the ranch employees, and the ranch even has its own woodworking and mechanical shops.

The golf course, like the fishing and everything else at the property, is secluded and surrounded by natural beauty of mountainous Colorado
Near the main compound are two outdoor pools for those looking for less running water for their outdoor activities
The main compound, pools, manicured lawns along with the nearby fishery and golf course all reside within the property's 4,603 deeded acres
If the owner wants to head back home, the home compound sits on a secluded hillside surrounded by well-manicured lawns, stunning views and no other buildings within sight.
Attached are an outdoor pool, two guest cabins, a carriage house, greenhouse, staff outbuildings, horses and ranch support facilities and even a helipad.
The main house has five bedrooms on the upper level, including the master suite, library, a great room and a dining room.
Some of the large fireplaces throughout the home have mantels imported from European castles.
The lower level contains a wine cellar, a game room, a theater, a hot tub, a sauna, steam rooms, and a wet bar, and the sale price includes many of the pieces of furniture that were crafted on site.
The listing also notes that the home has entertained CEO’s, dignitaries, political figures and celebrities throughout the years.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
