«Breaking News» Neil Jones 'to confront Seann Walsh after the comedian branded him gay during a stand-up routine'

Strictly professional Neil Jones reportedly plans to confront Seann Walsh after the comedian branded his love rival gay during a stand-up routine last week.

The 33-year-old returned to the stage just weeks after facing public backlash for kissing his dance partner, and Neil's wife, Katya on a drunken night out during his stint on the BBC show.

Neil, 35, and Sean will be coming face to face on Wednesday for the first time following the jibe as the pair join group rehearsals for the grand final.

A source told the Sun: 'Neil has been telling pals backstage he will confront him and ask him to explain himself. He thought the comments were unnecessary so wants to hear what Seann has to say for himself.'

Seann was performing at The Tommyfield in Kennington, South London when he made the comment about Neil's sexuality, before backtracking, telling the audience he was 'only joking', according to The Sun.

The publication reports he said: 'Before the show, the newspapers were complaining they didn’t know who I was, you know who I am now, motherf******. 

'I’m the guy who kissed a gay man’s wife- please don’t report that, I’m only joking, I’m just here trying to make you laugh.'

It comes as Katya, 29, and her husband Neil have been axed from the forthcoming Strictly tour, just one week after former contestant Seann was 'banned' from taking part. 

The British comedian has reportedly been snubbed from the line-up, following his kiss with professional married dancer Katya Jones, with sources claiming 'cheating doesn't fit with Strictly's clean image'.

Katya and Neil will be fronting their own London dance show, SOMNIUM: A Dancer’s Dream, based on their 'complicated love story.' 

Speaking about the storyline, Neil said: 'We all know that life and love is not perfect and as much we would like to say our journey together has been, you will be able to see first hand the real struggles of our life together on the road to becoming World Champions.' 

Awkwardly their announcement comes just hours after Seann marked his return to Twitter to unveil his own tour.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
