«Breaking News» KISS' Gene Simmons is sued for sexual battery

Gene Simmons is being sued for sexual battery by a women who claims he 'forcefully touched her vagina'. 

The woman, referred to as Jane Doe in suit, says she worked at one of the KISS bassist and singer's Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016 when the assault occurred. 

She claims she was posing for a photo with the former Apprentice star on one his visits to the restaurant when he 'reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it.'

Doe also claims she witnessed the 69-year-old behave 'in a sexually charged manner with other women.'

A lawsuit was filed Thursday accusing Gene Simmons of sexual battery

An unnamed women says she worked as a dishwasher at one of the 69-year-old's Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016 when the assault occurred 

Doe also claims she witnessed Simmons touch women's hair and 'tell them to unbutton their shirts.' 

This lawsuit comes exactly one year after the singer was sued by an unnamed radio personality who was interviewing Simmons at the opening of his restaurant in San Bernadino, California. 

The woman from the December 2017 claimed Simmons groped her during a sit down interview. 

Simmons denied the accusations and that lawsuit was settled earlier this year.   

'Friends, I intend to defend myself against any alleged charges you may have been reading about in the media,' the rocker wrote about the first allegations.

'For the record, I did not assault the person making these accusations in the manner alleged in the complaint or harm her in any way. 

'I am conferring with my lawyers with the aim of vigorously countering these allegations. And, I look forward to my day in court where the evidence will prove my innocence.' 

The lawsuit filed Thursday comes the same day it's been revealed that Simmons' mother Flora 'Florence' Klein passed away at the age of 92. 

His wife, Shannon Tweed Simmons, posted a tribute on Facebook with an photo of Simmons and his mother, writing, 'Rest in peace my dear Flora. The best grandma and mother-in-law I could ask for. You were loved and you will be missed.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
