«Breaking News» Holly Willoughby 'in talks to host her own primetime show'

She has certainly made her mark in recent months in her debut alongside Declan Donnelly on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.

This report comes at the same time that ITV bosses are concerned whether Holly's This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield is being overshadowed.

The Mail on Sunday revealed that she is being paid a seven-figure bonus for taking on her most recent role on I'm A Celeb after Ant pulled out to continue his recovery from alcohol and prescription drug issues.

And Holly already earns nearly £2.5 million from ITV for hosting This Morning, presenting Dancing On Ice and for appearing as a panellist on Celebrity Juice.

But after saving the day on I’m A Celebrity and helping the show enjoy a huge ratings boost, her earnings have rocketed to the five million mark.

Holly was virtually unknown when she first joined This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield on the sofa nine years ago but her popularity has skyrocketed thanks to her stint co-hosting with Dec.

Big plans: The 37-year-old might not be stopping there as it has been reported she is now in talks with TV bosses to present her own primetime show

Although she is now making the big bucks, Holly's plans for next year could outweigh all expectations.

The Sun reported that the jungle sensations days of co-hosting shows may be numbered as TV chiefs were so impressed by the beauty on I'm A Celeb that they want her to present her very own primetime show.

These plans could see Holly triple her estimated eleven million fortune and could potentially come at a good time.

Executives are anxious about how Phillip will react to being overshadowed by Holly. A source tells The Mail on Sunday: ‘The bosses worry for Phil – he was always the more popular one.'

‘Holly was there initially as someone who we didn’t really know, so there are fears among those high up that he is finding this tough, that he is upset.

MailOnline have contacted Holly's representatives for comment.

‘Holly and Phil are great friends, which in a way makes it worse. Not a day goes by when Holly isn’t on TV or in a newspaper.’

Even Holly’s number of Instagram followers is almost double the audience of 2.8 million who watch Schofield’s quiz show 5 Gold Rings – one of his few sidelines away from This Morning.

However, these big new plans may mean that Holly has to leave ITV's This Morning for good.

A source told The Sun: 'TV production companies are looking at giving Holly her own primetime show. They think she would do a fantastic job but it is about finding the right programme for her.'

They continued: 'Some think she could be the new queen of Saturday night TV.'

Another industry insider said: 'Bosses think they've struck gold with Holly. She has huge support.'

There are even reports about her becoming the new Cilla Black.

Leaving? These big plans may also mean that Holly has to leave ITV's This Morning for good after nine years, which she has co-hosted with Phillip Schofield, 56

This is bad news for ITV, with a source close to the star revealing: 'ITV want to make it clear that she is theirs and they are prepared to pay her for it.'

ITV is determined to thwart any attempts by rivals to poach Holly. An insider told The Mail on Sunday: ‘She’s our girl, and we are issuing a hands-off to anyone who might try to get her.’

'With the exception of Ant and Dec, Holly is their most popular and well-known presenter – and they see her as their main appeal to the female market.'

A spokesperson for ITV told The Mail on Sunday: 'This is simply not true. There have been no conversations about Holly having her own show at this stage.'

Since making her name on kids' TV in the early 2000s, the presenter has become one of the most recognised faces in showbiz.

Away from television, Holly makes big money from advertising and is currently the face of large brands Garnier and Marks & Spencer whilst also becoming an ambassador for Diet Coke last year.

Additionally, her teeth whitening products are understood to have bagged her an £80,000 deal with Oral B in 2012.

But the 37-year-old ...

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
