«Breaking News» Hilary Duff enjoys family day out with boyfriend Matthew Koma and children

She's recently become a new mother to her second child.

And Hilary Duff, 31, looked in high spirits as she and boyfriend Matthew Koma, 31, headed out with two-month-old daughter Banks Violet and Hilary's son Luca, 6, to see Santa Claus at The Grove in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The actress showed off her edgy sense of style with a multi-coloured, patterned jumper, pairing it with a pair of slim-fitting blue jeans and brown boots.

Her platinum blonde locks hung loosely down her shoulders and she completed her look with a pair of shades.

Singer Matthew sported a black bomber jacket with a mustard t-shirt and black skinny jeans.

The family appeared in a good mood as they waited in the queue to see Santa, with Hilary playfully ruffling her son's hair.

Hilary welcomed Luca in 2012 with former husband Mike Comrie, who she split from in 2014.

The singer has been dating Matthew since January 2017.

Hilary currently stars in the TV series Younger where she plays book editor Kelsey Peters.

One of her most memorable roles is undoubtedly that of Lizzie McGuire in the eponymous Disney Channel series of the same name that ran from 2001 to 2004.

The series saw a successful film adaptation with The Lizzie McGuire Movie in 2003.

Speaking recently to Entertainment Tonight, Hilary revealed, 'there's been some conversations' about a Lizzie McGuire revival.

She added: 'It's definitely not a go. I don't want to get everyone wild talking about it.

'I mean, I love her so much. I think she was so important to girls at an important time in their life. 

'If she could be important to them again at this age, I think that would be amazing.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
