«Breaking News» Fans claim series is fixed after Malique is spotted with coat and bag minutes before he is voted off

I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! has been hit by fix claims after Malique Thompson-Dwyer was spotted wearing his coat and bag just minutes before he was voted off.

The Hollyoaks star, 20, was the second celebrity to leave the jungle on Sunday’s show, after Noel Edmonds’ shock departure on Friday.

Following the actor's exit, viewers pointed out that the star was the only camp mate wearing his backpack before presenters Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby announced his name.

It comes after fans earlier in the week noticed Deal Or No Deal presenter, Noel, 69, sitting with his bag on his knee just before his exit from the show.

Once the coincidence was spotted, outraged viewers took to Twitter to claim the show was fixed.

One wrote: ‘Perhaps @imacelebrity would look less fixed if whenever there's a vote off the person who ends up going is [not] the only one that has been sat there with their bags packed the whole time.’

Another added: ‘Isn't it interesting that the two people that have left the jungle already had their bags ready to leave.’

While one viewer asked: ‘Did anyone else notice that Malique had his bag on before they even called his name or was that just me?’

Others said: ‘First Noel having this bag on his lap, then Malique with a bag on his back. Someone say scripted?’

And one fan insisted: ‘Malique had his bag on...he knew he was going! It’s a fix!’

An ITV spokesperson has denied fans’ claims, explaining to the MailOnline: 'This is categorically not true.

'All celebrities find out who is leaving the jungle when Holly and Dec announce this on the show.’ 

Malique ran to embrace his mum on the jungle bridge as he made his exit from the long-running show after 16 days in camp.

He said that he will miss his fellow contestants but can't wait to eat again, before downing a glass of champagne while chatting to hosts Holly and Dec.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
