«Breaking News» Eddie Murphy and fiancee Paige Butcher welcome their second child Max, Murphy's 10th overall

Eddie Murphy is a father for the 10th time, the second with his fiancee Paige Butcher, as the happy couple welcomed their son Max.

Max Charles Murphy was born Friday, November 30, weighing six pounds, 11 ounces and measuring 19 inches long.

'Both mother and son are doing well,' a rep told People on Monday.

The couple announced their pregnancy in August, after Butcher showcased her baby bump in public for the first time.

While out shopping in September, Butcher revealed the baby's sexy to TMZ, stating, 'It's going to be a boy' while out shopping.

Murphy, 57, and Butcher, 39, also confirmed in September that they were engaged, although no wedding date has been announced yet.

A source told People in late August that the couple wanted to have, 'a younger sibling for their daughter.

'They live a pretty low-key life,' the source said in August. 'They are all about family. Paige is very close to Eddie’s kids.'

Along with Murphy's first child with Butcher, two-year-old Izzy, Murphy has eight other children from four different women.

Eddie's oldest child is 29-year-old Eric, who he had with then-girlfriend Paulette McNeely, and he had his second child, 28-year-old Christian, with another girlfriend, Tamara Hood.

Murphy's next five children were with his first wife, Nicole Mitchell, who he was married to from 1993 to 2005 - Bria, 29, Miles, 26, Shayne, 24, Zola, 18 and Bella, 16.

Back to work: The actor has worked sparingly over the past few years, but he recently wrapped production in Dolemite Is My Name, a biopic about Dolemite star Rudy Ray Moore

After divorcing Mitchell, Murphy dated Spice Girl Melanie Brown, who had a daughter named Angel, 11.

Murphy began dating Australian model Butcher in 2012, after the actor and comedian dated film producer Tracey Edmonds.

The actor has worked sparingly over the past few years, but he recently wrapped production in Dolemite Is My Name, a biopic about Dolemite star Rudy Ray Moore.

He has also been long attached to star in Triplets, a long-gestating sequel to the 1988 comedy hit Twins with Arnold Schwarzengger and Danny DeVito.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
