«Breaking News» Vanessa Trump is all smiles as she heads out 24 hours after Cohen implicated her estranged husband

Vanessa Trump was all smiles as she headed out in New York just 24 hours after Michael Cohen implicated her estranged husband Don Jr in a criminal conspiracy. 

Vanessa, who shares custody of their five children with her ex, wrapped up against the cold in hat and a warm jacket. 

She was seen laughing and joking as she spoke to a friend on the phone wearing black pants and sneakers. 

It comes at a testing time for her former partner. On Wednesday Michael Cohen implicated the president's eldest son as part of the conspiracy to offer hush money payments to women during the 2016 campaign.

He said Don Jr signed a check to fund illegal hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels, potentially placing Trump Jr. in legal trouble. 

A Trump Organization official told DailyMail.com on Wednesday that Donald Trump Jr. was unaware when he signed the check that it was part of a repayment plan for Cohen's hush-money outlay. 

DailyMail.com also revealed how the former couple withdrew the legal proceedings in their 'contested divorce' case, saying that they finalized their split last year. 

Court records reveal that they both signed a stipulation of discontinuance, and that the case has now been disposed. 

The couple said 'I do' in front of family and friends at the Trump family's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach in 2005.

They have five children together, Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer and Chloe. 

'We finalized our agreement at the end of last year. We are incredibly lucky to have five amazing children and are committed to raising them together,' Don Jr. said in a statement to DailyMail.com. 'Our kids and their happiness will always be our first priority.' 

The couple signed a stipulation of discontinuance that a judge will finalize, and what could have been a contentious divorce case will officially be moot (couple with Donald and Melania in 2011)

Don Jr. and Vanessa have been estranged for close to a year, but their split was amiable.

The two have been seen together multiple times on holidays and out with their children.

Vanessa, who has long been the more private of the two, has managed to almost completely avoid the spotlight over the past year, while Don Jr. has gone on to have a very public relationship with Kimberly Guilfoyle.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
