«Breaking News» Larry Baer and his wife have met with police in investigation of their shocking altercation

San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer and his wife have met with law enforcement as a part of an investigation into their altercation where Baer was caught in shocking video pulling her off a chair and dragging her to the ground.

Larry Baer, 61, and his wife Pam were caught on video bickering on March 1 in a public park when he pulled her off of her chair and wrestling a phone out of her hands as she yelped 'oh my god, help'.

Following the unsettling incident the San Francisco Police Department launched an investigation where cops spoke to witnesses the following day.

Baer and Pam had separate meetings with law enforcement and fully cooperated with investigators, his attorney Cris Arguedas revealed to TMZ.

Attorney Arguedas added they are sure no charges will be filed in the incident.

Arguedas said she's 'never been more confident' that Baer will not be prosecuted.

The San Francisco District Attorney's Office is now handling the matter and will review evidence and decide whether or not to press charges against Baer.

His wife Pam has addressed the incident where she whittled the physical altercation down to a martial argument.

'My husband and I had an argument in public about which we are quite embarrassed,' she said in a statement last week.

'I took his cellphone. He wanted it back and I did not want to give it back,' she continued. 'I started to get up and the chair I was sitting on began to tip.'

'Due to an injury I sustained in my foot three days ago, I lost my balance. I did not sustain any injury based on what happened today. Larry and I always have been and still are happily married,' she said.

Larry, who is said to make $5million a year, backed off in the video after witnesses nearby stepped by to help in. He is seen walking away and shaking his head in the footage saying 'stop, Pam, stop'.

The two have been married for 29 years.

Following the incident, Baer took leave from his role as CEO of the Giants as the MLB announced they would investigate the case as well.

Baer was named as chief operating officer of the Giants in May 1996, team president in October 2008 and CEO in 2012.

The couple also issued a joint statement through the Giants, saying: 'Regrettably, today we had a heated argument in public over a family matter. We are deeply embarrassed by the situation and have resolved the issue.'

A spokesman for Major League Baseball told DailyMail.com the league 'is aware of the incident and, just like any other situation like this, will immediately begin to gather the facts'.

They added: 'We will have no further comment until this process is completed.'

Baer was part of the ownership group that bought the Giants in 1992 to keep them in San Francisco, where the club won the World Series in 2010, '12 and '14. He took over as CEO on Jan. 1, 2012.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
