Kim Kardashian is being sued for at least $100million by a developer who claims she cut him out of her successful Kimoji app.
David Liebensohn has filed new legal documents claiming that after teaming up with Kim to promote his anti cyberbullying app CensorOut, she then agreed to work on a new app with him and his partners.
In the papers Liebensohn claims he designed the Kimoji app, based upon an agreement with Kim that he and his partners would take 60per cent of profits, reports TMZ.
Kim Kardashian sued for $100m by developer who claims he was behind Kimoji app... but was cut out of deal; she is seen last year using a Kimoji phone case
He claims to have named the app, but says he agreed Kim could register the trademark to keep things simple.
However, he says, after Kim filed the Kimoji trademark in 2014, she contacted him to back out of the deal - saying one of his partners had shared her personal information.
In the papers he claims Kim already knew about this and was keen to proceed with the app.

Kim's lawyer previously told PageSix that Liebensohn's partners had settled their case back in 2014.
Liebensohn told PageSix he had declined an offer to settle the case for $150,000 and 5per cent of future profits.
Kim's lawyer Marty Singer commented on the matter in a later statement to TMZ, saying: 'The lawsuit filed against Kim Kardashian is ridiculous and absurd. The parties entered into a binding settlement agreement 2014 in which Kim gave up multi-million dollar claims against Mr. Liebensohn and his partners.
'Mr. Liebensohn waited more than 4 years to claim the agreement wasn't binding on him. Kim commenced an arbitration in December 2018, and after Mr. Liebensohn was unsuccessful in stopping the arbitration he filed this meritless lawsuit. We feel very confident we will get the case dismissed.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
