«Breaking News» Kevin Hart practices boxing with Oscars on in background on night he was originally stated to host

Kevin Hart, who was originally slated to host the Oscars, punched his way through possible FOMO - fear of missing out - on Sunday.

The Philadelphia native, 39, channeled the spirit of Rocky Balboa in a clip posted on his Instagram account Sunday evening as he demonstrated his boxing stills in an intense training session with boxing pro Hino Ehikhamenor.

The Ride Along star didn't seem too down about the missed opportunity, as he posted a shot that made clear he was focused on his training regimen, though a flat-screen TV on the wall had the ABC broadcast on.

'When you feel like u have nothing left is when you find a way to push & give more....Always grinding,' the performer wrote, adding the hashtag, '#HustleHart.'

Hart threw in a 'shoutout to [Ehikhamenor] for always pushing.'

Hart seemed to be in great spirits in a previous series of clips he uploaded to his Instagram page, laughing as he discouraged his adorable one-year-old son Kenzo to leave the family dogs be.

Hart's wife Eniko Parrish, 34, was seen laughing watching her husband and son from the couch.

The Oscars were conducted without a host this year after Hart withdrew from hosting in December amid a controversy when a number of homophobic tweets from 2009-2011 resurfaced.

The comic at first would not apologize, explaining why in an Instagram clip in which he said Academy officials told him to say sorry or they were 'going to have to move on to find another host.'

Hart said, 'I chose to pass: The reason I passed because I've addressed this several times. I've said where the rights and wrongs were. I've who I am now versus who I was then ... we feed into the Internet trolls and we reward them, I'm not going to do it, man. I'm going to be me, and stand my ground.'

Hart eventually did apologize in his statement that he was stepping down.

'I have made the choice to step down from hosting this year's Oscar's ....this is because I do not want to be a distraction on a night that should be celebrated by so many amazing talented artists,' he wrote in a December 6 tweet. 'I sincerely apologize to the LGBTQ community for my insensitive words from my past.'

He wrote in a subsequent tweet: 'I'm sorry that I hurt people.. I am evolving and want to continue to do so. My goal is to bring people together not tear us apart. Much love & appreciation to the Academy. I hope we can meet again.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
