She's set to make details of her devastating break-up from fiancé John Noble public in a new fly-on-the-wall TV show.
And Vicky Pattison has shared a sneak peek of her upcoming namesake programme The Break Up - which will air on TLC later this month - revealing it to be the 'hardest thing I’ve ever done'.
In a clip posted to her Instagram account, the TV reality star, 31, breaks down into gut-wrenching tears as she explains: ‘A week ago, I was marrying him. A week ago, he was my future and my life.’

The former Geordie Shore star split from her fiancé in November, after pictures of him getting up close and personal with a number of mystery women in Dubai emerged.
Sharing the short glimpse of her new show with her 4.2million followers, she wrote: ‘This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
‘But making this show gave me a focus, a welcome distraction in an otherwise very dark moment in time and I hope you all can respect my decision. Ps yes I am an ugly raisin faced crier.’

And while the short video shows Vicky becoming emotional when speaking to her mother in the back of a car, the TV presenter is soon seen looking more herself.
Speaking to a room of people, Vicky confesses: ‘You can try and take my pride but you’ll never take my independence.’
Vicky and John, who had been together for two years, were due to be married this year and had already signed up to film Vicky and John Said Yes for TLC.
The fly-on-the-wall style show was said to be planning on covering all aspects of their nuptials, from food tasting to dress shopping and what would have been their stag and hen parties.

Back on form: But she is soon seen looking more herself. Speaking to a room of people, Vicky confesses: ‘You can try and take my pride but you’ll never take my independence.’
But instead, Vicky signed on for the one-off show which follows her in the aftermath of the split as she tries to understand and come to terms with what's happened and attempts to move on.
Speaking about her new show, the I'm A Celeb star admitted it wasn't an easy decision to make but wants her fans to see the truth.
She said: 'I had already started filming a wedding special for TLC and then everything changed. It wasn’t an easy decision but when I commit, I commit 100% and I felt it important to continue to show the realities of my life at that tough time.

'I want people to see the real me and my real emotions, so they can understand the truth behind the headlines. Yes, I had my heart broken but there are more emotions to it and people for the first time will get to see that.'
She added: 'The filming process has actually been therapeutic for me. I hope that anyone who has been hurt in a relationship will be able to relate to me when watching the show.'
John reportedly grew close to a brunette named Supriya, a London estate agent, during his flirty night out in Dubai without his fiancée, The Sun reported.
Onlookers told the publication that John, also 31, had his arms around her waist on the dancefloor before inviting her over to his private booth. Adding: 'They were kissing throughout the night at the White Club venue.'
The one-off special will premiere on 30th January 2019 exclusively on TLC.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
