A Twitter typo briefly brought a California teen into President Trump's ongoing sparring with media figures on social media on Sunday.
Jillian Turner, a soccer playing high school senior from Weed, California, briefly had a target painted on her account when Trump took the unusual step of attacking Fox News figures.
The President ripped into White House Correspondent John Roberts and Washington Correspondent Gillian Turner after their segment on the fight for funds during the government shutdown, but the original tweet featured an incorrect tag.

The surprised teen could only respond by retweeting activist Jordan Uhl's tweet explaining that 'Trump misspelled @GillianHTurner's name and tagged some random "Jillian Turner".'
A shocked 'SO THAT HAPPENED' her shocked response.
Followed up later with a less than amused, 'i'm lowkey kinda pissed' and 'this is not what i need!'
Still, Jillian is able to find some humor while responding to a sympathetic Twitter user with 'like how does that even happen. one in a million chance.'

The teenager added that the situation was not something sh eneeded
The Gillian Turner Trump meant to attack has served on the White House National Security Council under President Obama and President George W. Bush and has been a contributor to Fox News since 2014.
The tweet was since corrected to link to the appropriate Turner.
Trump did not specify which aspects of the commentary by the Fox News correspondents he found problematic.
Roberts filled in for Chris Wallace as host on the Fox News Sunday show, which airs live every Sunday afternoon on the over-the-air Fox network.
Turner was a panelist on the program, which often invites news makers and talking heads to comment on the latest political developments.
Trump's tweet critical of Roberts and Gillian was posted after 8pm Eastern time, which likely means the President watched a taping of the show which is replayed on the Fox News Channel on cable.
But Turner also sees the absurd humor in the randomness of how the social media spotlight was turned onto her

Trump has been known to call in to his favorite Fox News personalities who are solely on the opinion side of the network, including Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Jeanine Pirro, and the hosts of Fox & Friends.
Roberts is a veteran White House correspondent who covered the beat earlier in his career for CBS News.
He also worked at CNN before joining the Rupert Murdoch-owned cable channel Fox News in 2011.
Roberts has been Fox News' Chief White House correspondent since early 2017.
Since running for office, Trump has waged a public relations war against news outlets whose reporting he doesn't like - among them CNN, NBC News, and others.
Trump and his allies have branded those news organizations as 'fake news' in an attempt to discredit their reporting.
It should be noted that Roberts and Turner work on the news-gathering side of the Fox News operation, which is separate from the opinion-commentary department.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
