Police have released the 911 call that shares insight of the intense moment a Florida woman was stuck upside down inside her car in a ditch as muddy water enveloped her vehicle.
Hillsborough County deputies saved Amanda Antonio, 20, on New Year's Day after she was cut off by another driver while driving east on I-4 around 4am.
'My car is flipped and I can't see anything and there's water getting in the car,' the Seffner woman says in the recording released on Wednesday.
The woman tells dispatcher that she was headed toward Orlando, at the time of the crash.

'I'm freezing,' she adds. 'Now it's up to my chest. I'm flipped upside down.'
The dispatcher does her best to keep the woman calm and to keep her head above the water, but Antonio informs her that the debris is only getting 'deeper'
Antonio also informs the dispatcher that the Sedan belongs to her boyfriend but can't recall the details for the vehicle.
'I don't know what to say, I'm freezing,' Antonio says at one point. 'It's getting up to my neck. I'm so scared. Please tell them to come faster. Please help me ... My phone's dying, it's at 5 percent.'
The call continues as Antonio pulls up the location using her Google Maps. She is able to share with dispatchers that she was next to the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater at the Florida State Fairgrounds.

She tries to flee the vehicle, on her own, but struggles opening the door. Antonio also couldn't get the horn to work either.
Eventually the dispatcher collects Antonio's mother and boyfriend's contact information. When asked how old she is, the woman tells the dispatcher that her birthday is on Saturday.
'Are you excited about your birthday?,' the operator asks.
'Not anymore,' Antonio responds.
Soon after, sirens blare in the background and voices can be heard. Rescue personnel are eventually able to free Antonio.
On New Year's Day, another driver cut her off while they were both approaching the Highway 301 exit ramp, according to authorities.
Antonio lost control of her 2008 Toyota Scion, veered off the highway, and overturned in a water-filled ditch, Fox 13 TV reported.
Deputies initially had a hard time finding her because of the thick fog.

'The police couldn't find her,' said her stepfather, Julio Perez.
'She only had four percent [charge] on her phone.'
While on the phone with dispatchers, Antonio used the map feature to help deputies pinpoint her location.
During the phone call, dispatchers tried to encourage her not to give up as water began to reach her nose.
'She said she was literally seconds, she was scared, she knew this was it,' said Perez's fiance, Wanda Guzman.
While driving eastbound on Interstate 4 near Tampa, another driver cut her off while they were both approaching the Highway 301 exit ramp, according to authorities
'She wanted to call us, that's when the lady said, 'Wait a minute, someone must be there'.'
When the first deputy arrived, he went into the ditch, only to realize that the water came up to his chest.
Time was running out for Antonio because the water level was rising inside the car.
'It was thick, muddy, disgusting water,' said Deputy Jeremy Pollack.
'She was like, 'It was already past my lip,' that she was breathing through her nose, pretty much,' said Guzman.
'(She) heard somebody saying, 'Are you there, are you there? Can you hear me?'

'That's when she started screaming at the top of her lungs.'
Pollack and another deputy, Chris Sullivan, managed to extricate Antonio from the passenger door.
'In that scenario, where she was almost encased in mud, there was no way she would have been able to get out of that vehicle on her own,' said Pollack.
Wanda Guzman, the fiance of Antonio's stepfather, said Antonio nearly died.
'When the operator got onto the phone, she told them, 'I just got into a car accident, I am in a ditch somewhere, I don't know where I am at',' she said.
Dramatic video footage captured by WFTS-TV showed Antonio being pulled out of the ditch by authorities.
She was released from the hospital three hours after she was admitted. Antonio did not suffer any serious injuries.
Antonio told dispatchers that the water was reaching her lips. With her phone battery at just 4 per cent, she used the map feature to help the dispatcher and deputies pinpoint her location
'They are angels,' Perez said of the dispatchers and deputies.
'Thank you so much. Hopefully we get to meet them at least, anything we can do for them.
'We are very lucky. Crazy way to start the year, but we are very thankful.'
Guzman said: 'When she says the story, she cries.
'She is scared, she says, 'Mom, I was about to die. That was it, I thought I was gone'.'
Antonio was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Authorities said alcohol was not a factor.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
