«Breaking News» Corrie's Katie McGlynn spotted 'kissing' Sean Ward after NTAs

She recently split from her former boyfriend Benji Roberts after a year and a half together.

And Coronation Street's Katie McGlynn, 25, was reportedly spotted getting very flirty with her former co-star Sean Ward after the National Television Awards last week. 

A source told The Sun that the pair got very cosy after the awards show and were spotted locking lips later in the night.

They said: 'Katie and Sean had been getting close all night. They were huddled in a corner at the after-party. 

'They kissed passionately and didn’t mind who was watching. They were all over each other. 

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Katie and Sean for comment. 

Meanwhile, on the same night, Jimmi Harkishin, who plays Dev Alahan on the soap, was spotted embracing Dolly-Rose Campbell, who plays Gemma Walker, at 2am.

The onlooker added: 'Jimmi and Dolly were getting close all evening before heading to a hotel where Corrie stars were staying.'

Katie is said to have parted ways with Benji after 'things fizzled out' before attending the NTAs solo on Tuesday night. 

The starlet is said to have parted ways with the caravan salesperson late last year after they started dating in June 2017 before jetting to Thailand to spend their first Christmas together as a couple.

Insiders told The Sun: 'Katie and Benji were really smitten when they first met and enjoyed a bit of a whirlwind romance to start with...

'Things just started to fizzle out towards the end of last year and they made the mutual decision to split. It was all very amicable and they are still friends.' 

Katie has deleted all traces of her beau from social media despite previously littering Instagram with snaps of the duo.

Earlier this month, Katie revealed she is still unsure about Sinead's fate after she was diagnosed with cervical cancer during the early stages of her pregnancy.

The actress, appeared on Loose Women to discuss the harrowing storyline as Sinead undergoes life-saving treatment and admitted that show runner Iain MacLeod still hasn't shared how the storyline will end.

The star told the panellist: 'No, I don't know [what the future holds for Sinead]. And I quite like that because it makes it more real. All I know is it's a long-running story.'

Katie also discussed how she researched the heartbreaking storyline and revealed she worked closely with charity, Mummy Star, which is dedicated to women and their families affected by cancer during pregnancy.

She shared: 'Corrie have been brilliant and introduced us to this charity called Mummy Star. The founder made me feel like a fraud as his wife died from cancer 10 weeks after giving birth to their child'.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
