'I'm sorry, I had to get this off my chest,' she captioned a selfie video on Instagram.

'If you don't like my fashion style or my music that's one thing. But don't say you can't dress someone that isn't a runway size.'

Bebe shared in the video that she had her team reach out to designers to look into getting her a custom dress for the Grammys in February.

This year Bebe is nominated for Best New Artist and Best Country Duo/Group performance.

'So, I finally get nominated at the Grammys and it's like, the coolest thing ever,' Bebe said into the camera on social media.

'And a lot of times, artists will go and talk to designers and they'll make them custom dresses to walk the red carpet,' Rexha explained.

In the video the Brooklyn born star was makeup free with her blonde bob tucked behind her ears.

Appalling: The singer, who is nominated for two Grammys, said that designers told her team that her size 6/8 frame was too large for them

'If a size 6/8 is too big, then I don't know what to tell you,' Bebe said. 'Then I don't want to wear your f**king dresses. 'Cause that's crazy.'

She continued: 'So I had my team hit out a lot of designers, and a lot of them do not want to dress me because I'm too big. Literally, I'm too big.'

'If a size 6/8 is too big, then I don't know what to tell you,' Bebe said.

Adding: 'Then I don't want to wear your f**king dresses. 'Cause that's crazy. You're saying that all the women in the world that are size 8 and up are not beautiful and they cannot wear your dresses.'

Taking a classy approach, the songbird didn't directly name the designers who body shamed her.

'So all the people who said I'm thick and can't wear dresses: F**k you, I don't wanna wear your f**king dresses,' Rexha concluded.

In the caption, Bebe added that she was sharing her story to encourage women to love their bodies and hoped that designers can do the same.

'Empower women to love their bodies instead of making girls and women feel less then by their size,' she penned. 'We are beautiful any size! Small or large!'

Adding: 'Anddddd My size 8 a** is still going to the Grammys. #LOVEYOURBODY'

Several stars in the past have struggled to find designers to dress them on the red carpet.

Christian Siriano, who's dressed Rexha in the past, has made a name for himself in the industry as being one of the most body positive designers, dressing runway sized stars, plus sized stars and every body type in between.

However, Rexha is not alone in being a body that designers won't outfit for big events.

At the 2017 Emmy's, Rachel Bloom, who was nominated, told reporters on the red carpet that her Gucci dress was off-the-rack as designers didn't want to dress her body type.

'It is hard to get places to lend to me because I am not a size zero, but also I can afford it, so it's okay,' Bloom said at the time.

Other stars like Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Bryce Dallas Howard have all expressed frustration and disappointment similar experiences of not having options from designers.

The Grammy Awards air Sunday February 10.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
