«Breaking News» Priyanka Chopra touches down in India with new husband Nick Jonas following short honeymoon in Oman

They enjoyed a brief honeymoon in Oman following their elaborate nuptials two weeks ago. 

And Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas looked undeniably smitten as they touched back down in India on Wednesday night. 

The actress, 36, commanded attention in a one-shouldered hot pink top as she strolled hand-in-hand with the singer, 26.

Priyanka certainly made a style statement as she arrived back in her native India with the love of her life. 

The Bollywood actress showcased her sensational figure in a vivid asymmetrical top which she teamed with a pair of skinny black jeans. 

Despite her day of travelling, Priyanka lived-up to her beauty icon status as she sported a glamorous slick of make-up and a pair of shades.

The former Miss.World looked very much in love as she strolled along in a pair of comfortable trainers with her husband Nick.

Nick looked like the cat that had got the cream as he walked hand-in-hand with the raven-haired beauty. 

The Jealous hitmaker cut a trendy figure in a striped jumper, skinny grey jeans and white trainers. 

Nick sported his belongings in a bun bag which was swung over his shoulder and completed the look with a baseball cap. 

Their sighting comes after Priyanka revealed she was in 'marital bliss' as she shared snaps with Nick on Tuesday.

Although the star previously revealed they were putting their honeymoon on hold due to work commitments, it seems the pair managed to squeeze in some time at the beach. 

One snap showed the duo cuddled up together whilst out soaking up the sun on the beach, with Priyanka flashing her dazzling wedding ring as she rested her hand on Nick's chest. 

The Quantico star also shared a cute picture from the beach, where the pair had traced out their initials on the sand inside a love heart.  

The pair have been sharing snippets from their lavish multi-day ceremony with fans, and on Sunday, Nick finally shared a photo of his and Priyanka's extremely decadent towering wedding cake as he celebrated the anniversary.

The image posted to his Instagram showed the newly-weds slicing into the edifice using a ceremonial sword and he writes in the caption: 'One week ago today.'

The cake's design was inspired by the art deco architecture of the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur where the wedding was held.

It was part of the reception following their Christian marriage service officiated by Nick's dad who is a pastor.

That was followed the next day by a traditional Hindu wedding. 

In the cake-cutting photo, the Indian actress can be seen in her Ralph Lauren wedding dress which, according to People, took 1,826 hours to complete and featured two million mother of pearl sequins.

Musician Nick wore a custom tuxedo also from the American designer.

Meanwhile, the couple have since revealed they're not putting any pressure on themselves to have children right away.

'I always say, 'Man proposes, God disposes.' So I'm not taking any chances,' Chopra, told People in the couple's cover feature this week.

'We definitely want kids, and when the time is right, it will happen,' the Quantico star added.

Nick added: 'We're in our honeymoon period right now and we will be for a very long time.'

The couple will soon head off on their honeymoon which Priyanka says is at 'some resort somewhere in the world'.

For now though, the celebrity couple are still busy with important engagements in India.

The duo made their first red carpet appearance as a married couple shortly after their nuptials as Nick supported the Bollywood beauty at the launch of the Bumble dating app in India.

The actress is an investor in the app and also advising on its expansion into India. 

The couple also tells People that they have a pact to prioritize each other every day despite their hectic careers and schedules and they make sure 'to speak multiple times a day and not go more than two weeks without seeing each other'.

'Distance can be hard on any relationship, but it has actually made us that much closer,' Priyanka explained.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
