A eight-year veteran of the New York Police Department has been suspended after using another officer's body camera to take a video of his own exposed testicles.
Brooklyn-based Detective Specialist Raymond Williams was suspended on Friday for recording the video on the body camera belonging to Officer Michael Devonish on October 2, according to a document obtained by the New York Post.
Williams filmed a 32-second clip of his bare testes while Devonish was away from his desk at the 79th Precinct's Special Operations Office in Bedford-Stuyvestant, it said.
Devonish had apparently left the recording device unattended while making a trip to the restroom.
Williams has been suspended without pay while the incident is under investigation.

Williams recorded the clip Devonish's 'department issued body camera' while working with him on October 2, who didn't become aware of the x-rated activity on his body camera until the next day, the document said.
The video showed the neighborhood coordination officer's naked backside and 'him intentionally exposing his testicles while in the 79 Precinct Special Operations Office' of his testicles, according to a police document.
It also showed him rubbing his penis, sources told the New York Daily News.
'If he’s an NCO [non-commissioned officer, which is a higher rank], that’s worse,' one source explained. 'He’s supposed to be a positive influence on the community.'

Devonish did not report the incident to the property authorities, the document said.
The dirty deed was only discovered when a female civilian employee had to watch it firsthand while completing a standard review of body camera footage on November 20.
The woman notified her supervisor, who told the department’s Internal Affairs Bureau, which launched an investigation.
Following a departmental hearing, Williams was suspended on Friday and NYPD personnel confirme his status on Saturday.
He has been a police officer since 2008, when 'he traded in his Fed Ex uniform for an NYPD uniform.'
It wasn't immediately clear whether Devonish faced any disciplinary action for failing to report the indecent exposure.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
