Harry Potter fans are being given the rare chance to own a Potter themed home, decked out in Hogwarts memorabilia, as it hits the market for $99,000.
The tiny home, measuring a compact 204 square feet and built on wheels, is in Asheville, North Carolina.
It was created by Jan Cheves and her daughter Emily who worked in finance before deciding to set up their own construction business designing and building fantasy themed homes.
Harry Potter fans can own their very own Hogwarts Inn Express. The tiny home, on wheels, is decked out in Hogwarts memorabilia and is available to buy for the sum of $99,000
The Master loft pays homage to Ravenclaw and has enough space for a double mattress
The home has a black and red exterior, took nine months to build, and is decorated with over 100 licensed Harry Potter products, along with many handmade items.
The mother and daughter team were inspired to get involved in the construction business after losing a number of family members in quick succession.
'I'm not sure we would ever have taken the risk to try this adventure without a few family tragedies over the last seven years,' Cheves told Metro. 'I lost my husband, both in-laws, my only sister, two brothers and a sister-in-law in fairly rapid succession.'
'When we started this project, we needed a new life, something fun, different and happy,' Cheves added.
A sign saying 'Hogwarts Inn Express' is fixed to the outside of the house, along with another that refers to Platform 9 ¾, the fictional train platform in the Harry Potter books and films. Inside there are plenty of references to each of the houses in Hogwarts.

The Gryffindor living room is done out in dark black and wood and has a convertible sofa, a TV and coffee table.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
