A Maryland man took the opportunity to entertain bored commuters stuck in traffic Tuesday morning, commanding attention with some over-the-top dance moves.
A video that has gone viral on social media shows the gentleman unexpectedly bust a move while vehicles are caught in a gridlock due to construction in the area.
While many drivers in Baltimore had no choice but to watch the male dressed smartly in a white button-down shirt and black shoes, one woman filmed his outlandish gestures in the middle of the street as traffic was at a standstill.
A Maryland man entertained commuters stuck in traffic Tuesday morning with a bizarre dance
Concealing his eyes with sunglasses, the man can be seen at the beginning of the clip jumping out of his vehicle and rhythmically side-stepping across Falls road near Lake Avenue, ending up near the lane of on-coming cars.
After initially getting carried away with his spacing he returns back toward the stationary motors and continues his hilarious routine with his own car door left wide open.
Giving all a chance to witness his dance from different angles, the gentleman continuously changes directions as he moves his feet with his hands behind his back at times.

The attention-seeking man's outlandish gestures were sure to brighten up people's day
His jingling keys attached to his waistband emphasize his gyrating hip movements but as if that isn't enough, the man releases his palms from behind his back to draw attention to his mid-section.
With not much obvious reaction from presumably shocked onlookers inside their cars, the attention-seeking driver opens up his arms at one point as he hops towards vehicles located at the back of the line.
Then his most vulgar moves come in the form of simulating the slapping of his own buttocks as he spins around in a semi-circle and proceeds to squat multiple times.
It's something akin to what commuters may have seen in musical movies such as the Oscar-winning 2016 La La Land.
Or perhaps the man's Mount Washington area display was influenced by the 2007 Hairspray movie's feel good song Good Morning Baltimore which is set in his city.
His dance featured squatting and some hip gyrating while they waited for roads to clear
Erin Konheim Mandras posted it on Facebook later that morning and got tens of thousands of views by Wednesday
However, commuters in the residential Baltimore area opted not to prance around with him from what the video shows.
It was taken by Erin Konheim Mandras who posted it on Facebook later that morning and got tens of thousands of views by Wednesday.
'I couldn't make this up if I tried. I guess this man thought it was a good time to bust out his dance moves while in construction traffic on a Tuesday morning. ... and yes I stopped to video it. #breakitdown #trafficjam #trafficsucks#fallsroad #baltimore,' she captioned the clip.
After realizing how popular the video had become she posted On Wednesday: 'Ok America. Please explain. I have been working tirelessly to gain national attention for good causes to help others; and, I shoot a video of a gentleman dancing in the street and it goes viral.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
