During the arrest, they found a loaded automatic weapon in the vehicle.

In two videos, officers are seen approaching the vehicle and shining a flashlight as they order him to 'open the window'.

One officer smashes in the back passenger window and tries to unlock the driver's door from the inside.

'I can't reach [the lock],' the officer says before walking over to the passenger's side and smashing the front window in.

'Stop now,' one officer tells Marche, who continuously tried to drive off with the car in park.

The officers are then able to unlock the vehicle's doors and get a smiling Marche into handcuffs.

A second video shows the moment the officers bring Marche into a booking room where he was fingerprinted.

East Cleveland Police Commander Scott Gardner said Marche was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Bratenahl court, and was given a 30 day suspension without pay, according to News 5.

Marche's drivers license was also suspended, but he had work driving privileges.

Gardner said Marche has an outstanding work record and had no prior convictions.

'There is nobody that's going to condone the behavior of Detective Marche,' Gardner told the station.

'Our department wants full transparency, and we welcome residents to give us feedback.'

'He accepted full responsibility, it was an error in judgment, and like I said, nobody feels worse that Joe Marche.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
