Kurt Geiger is warning customers that the popular Rita boot is set to become a sell-out as shoppers scramble to get their hands on them.
The £199 mod style footwear- which has a lace up row of eyelets and hooks as well as the infamously divisive kitten heel.
'The Rita' was reportedly by far the most popular shoe at London Fashion Week, and since it's introduction, Kurt Geiger reports that it's been flying out of stores.

Fashion bloggers Susie Lau, Linda Tol and Jamie QQ have all managed to grab a pair, but the shoe brand is warning that some stores are already close to selling out in some sizes.
While sizes 2-8 are still listed as available on the website, Kurt Geiger also said that online sales have increased by 675 per cent in the last week.
The cult boot is proving a popular way update winter outfits with a spring like twist, coming in trendy white and bright pink shades.

Fashion editor Jess Cartner Morley was snapped in a stylish white pair of the shoe
The black pair is a more understated look, and could be dressed for day or night
Fashionistas Linda Tol and Jamie QQ Wu were also snapped at the Kurt Geiger event in identical white shoes, although they dressed them different.
They also come in a more classic black, for those looking for a more understated look.
The eyelet lace up is purely decorative, as the boots have a concealed zip on the inside, making them easy to slip on and off.
And the comfortable kitten heel means they're a versatile piece which can be easily dressed from day to night.
At £199, they're an affordable investment piece for the average shopper, but the price point will also ensure that not everyone will have the stylish shoe.
The lace up style of the boot adds a grungey style to the lighter colours of spring, and is a popular trend this season with many fashionistas stepping out in similar styles across fashion weeks.
Model Adut Akech was spotted at Victoria Beckham's London Fashion Week after party in a gorgeous black pair with gold tipped toes, while Pixie Geldof wore a metallic style several times during the week.

Launched in 2017, the rainbow coloured Kensington Bag sold out instantly in stores before being relaunched in September 2018
Featuring a quirky bird head clasp has been a hit with celebrities and fashion bloggers too and counts Made In Chelsea's Rosie Fortescue as a fan
This is not the first time that Kurt Geiger has caused a fashion frenzy on the high street.
Launched in 2017, the rainbow coloured Kensington Bag sold out instantly in stores before being relaunched in September 2018.
Featuring a quirky bird head clasp has been a hit with celebrities and fashion bloggers too and counts model Abbey Clancy, Made In Chelsea's Rosie Fortescue and Love Island's Dani Dyer among its fans.
The £199 price tag meant it was much more accessible than a designer piece, but was expensive enough to ensure it had a level of desirability.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
