«Breaking News» Model Kris Smith reveals he would like to work with Myer for another 10 years

He's name has become synonymous with the luxury department store, Myer. 

And now Kris Smith, 40, has revealed he would like to storm the catwalk as a brand ambassador for the next 10 years. 

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph on Saturday, handsome Kris said he's more than happy to front the brand until his 50s.

'I think I would make a great 50-year-old on the catwalk,' Kris said, adding that it is the longest running job he has ever had. 

UK-born Kris revealed that when he got the job, a number of industry professionals doubted he could do it successfully - but he battled his self doubt.

'People constantly saying I couldn't do it helped me get to a point where I finally believe in myself, because I did do it,' he said. 

'I obviously pull out something again and again that Myer likes and I couldn't be more grateful,' he added. 

It comes as father-of-two Kris celebrates a milestone off the catwalk - his bonding with his baby daughter Mila.

Kris shared a 'dad life' Instagram post earlier this month, after Mila vomited on his chest.

He posted a picture of the incident, and added three vomit emojis to the photo for comic effect.

Shortly after, Kris shared a selfies showing him walking his dog while carrying Mila in a baby sling, with the sweet caption: 'Daddy daycare.'

He also shares son Ethan, eight, with ex-girlfriend Dannii Minogue, 47. 

After Mila's birth, Kris said that the 'world became a better place' and described her arrival as the 'most magical adventure ever'.

'I could not love you any more even if I tried my beautiful girl,' he added.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
