«Breaking News» Instagram famous corgi is edited into famous movie posters for the Oscars

An adorable corgi has captioned the hearts of thousands after her movie-loving owners brilliantly Photoshopped her into popular film posters in celebration of this year's Oscars.

Maxine, an Instagram famous pooch with more than 135,000 followers, lives in New York City with her owners, filmmaker Bryan Reisberg and his wife Alex.

The beloved corgi is undoubtedly a natural in front of the camera, and it's not hard to see why fans of the dog are going gaga over the heartwarming images.

'Maxine's Instagram account is movie-themed. Every caption is a movie quote,' Maxine's dad, Bryan, told BuzzFeed. 'So my wife and I thought it would be fun and cute to Photoshop Maxine into some of our favorite movies of the year!'

Thanks to some creative editing, Maxine's fluffy frame makes an appearance in numerous blockbuster posters, including A Quiet Place, A Star is Born, Black Panther, and Mission: Impossible Fallout.

In addition to editing her image into the posters, Bryan and Alex replaced the movies' titles with cheekier options in honor of the new lead.

For A Corgi is Born, Maxine's take on A Star is Born, the pup replaces Lady Gaga in the black and white poster featuring Bradley Cooper.

While the singer is nose to nose with her co-star in the original image, Maxine is resting her front paws on Bradley's knees and gazing up at him with her big brown eyes.

A whole new concept: The movie poster for A Quiet Place is incredibly creepy, but Maxine's spin on it — A Splashy Place — is downright adorable

Maxine really shows her star power when she replaces a majority of the cast of Black Panther in her version, titled Fluffy Corgi.

The movie poster for A Quiet Place is incredibly creepy and features the ominous line, 'If they hear you, they hunt you.'

But Maxine's spin on it — A Splashy Place —  is downright adorable.

Instead of a terrified Emily Blunt lying in a bathtub, the pup is sitting with her front paws perched on the side of the same tub.

'First comes play time, then comes bath time,' reads the caption.

Maxine isn't just a blockbuster queen; she has also been Photoshopped into plenty of indy film posters, including Eighth Grade, Cold War, Beautiful Boy, and Roma.

Written and directed by Alfonso Cuarón, Roma is a semi-autobiographical depiction of the director's upbringing in Mexico City's Colonia Roma.

For Maxine's version of the movie poster, it is aptly renamed Perra, which is the Spanish word for a female dog.

When Maxine's owners shared the new and improved posters on her Instagram page this week, right before this year's Academy Awards, they used a line from Sunset Boulevard.

'I am big. It's the pictures that got small,' they wrote.

In just three days, the series of photos has received more than 22,000 likes, with fans taking to the comments section to gush over the posters.

'I want to like this post a million times! So awesome,' one person wrote.

Another added: 'I LOVE THIS! Please do this for all awards shows. Too bad we missed getting Max on album covers for the Grammys. Can't wait to see her inserted into Emmy nominated shows!'

Maxine found fame a few years ago when Bryan was seen riding the New York City subway with the pup in his backpack.

Not only did hearts melt, but the dog's social media page got a huge boost.

'I didn’t want to leave her at home all day, and daycare five days a week is pretty expensive,' Bryan told Lonely Planet in 2017. 'I’ve been fortunate enough to work in offices that allow dogs, so I’ve been carrying Max to work since she was a puppy and she loves it.

'She likes people, and it also calms her down,' he added. 'Believe it or not, we do a lot of walking around the city. We live next to the park, and take her on little hikes on the weekends.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
