«Breaking News» Former MAFS stars Carly Bowyer, Sean Thomsen reunite for a boozy night out in Melbourne

The current season of the Nine Network's Married At First Sight is proving to be a ratings success.

And on Thursday, select members from last year's cast reunited for a boozy night attending a Bucha Brothers Alcoholic Kombucha launch at a bar in Melbourne. 

Carly Bowyer, Sean Thomsen, Nick Furphy, Telv Williams and Jesse Konstantinoff were all joined by other celebrities, including Masterchef's Khanh Ong and former Gogglebox Australia stars Wayne and Tom.

The former reality stars appeared to be in high spirits as they posed for photos at the exclusive beverage launch.

Carly, 33, couldn't wipe the smile of her face as she chatted with her fellow reality TV star friends.

The bubbly blonde looked stunning in a feminine navy and white polka-dot mini dress which she paired with strappy tan stilettos.

Mates? It seemed like Sean Thomsen, 35 (pictured right) had the same idea, and got close to another mystery guest, wrapping his arms around her while she looked displeased

Nick, 31, couldn't keep his hands off a mystery blonde as they giggled and posed for a few photos.

He kept it casual for the casual outing, wearing a plain white T-shirt which he paired with jeans. 

It seemed like Sean Thomsen, 35, had the same idea, and got close to another mystery guest, wrapping his arms around her while she looked displeased.

Meanwhile, a jovial chef Khanh jumped on Nick's back while he gave a cheeky grin to an onlooker. 

Telv, 34, looked showed off his muscular frame in a form-fitting dress shirt which he paired with tan shorts and loafers.

While last year's stars are still riding high on their wave of success, the current season of Married At First Sight has been a ratings bonanza for Nine.

A whopping 1.718 million viewers tuned in to watch the first commitment ceremony, fast becoming the number one show on TV for the evening.

'The first commitment ceremony of #MAFS was the no.1 show that night, with an average national audience of 1.718m nationally (5 City: 1.263m Reg: 454,000),' Nine boasted online. 

Married At First Sight continues on Sunday night from 7.00pm

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
