Barack Obama wants the world to know this Valentine's Day that his 'one and only' wife Michelle knows how to 'get down to Motown.'
The former president, who is no stranger to sharing gushing public messages about his beloved wife, took to social media on Thursday to pay tribute to his spouse of 26 years by sharing a photo of her busting a move on the dance floor.
'Happy Valentine’s Day to the extraordinarily smart, beautiful, funny, one and only @MichelleObama. It’s true; she does get down to Motown,' Barack, 57, captioned the playful image of himself dancing with Michelle, 55.

In the photo, Michelle is wearing a sleek black gown and snapping her fingers to the music while Barack is gazing at her with love in his eyes.
Less than a half hour after he shared the romantic post, the former first lady posted a Valentine's Day shout out of her own.
Not only did she honor her husband, but she also included their daughters Malia, 20, and Sasha, 17, in her loving message.
As part of the Valentine's Day post, Michelle shared a sweet snapshot of herself and her husband cuddling their daughters when they were young girls.
The image was taken when they were waiting for election returns in Illinois the night Barack was elected senator in 2004.
She also posted a more recent image of herself with her family at a White House state dinner in 2016

Aww! In the caption of the post, Michelle said she is 'so lucky' to call her husband and their daughters her Valentines
'So lucky to call these three my valentines for all these years,' she wrote.
While it's still early in the day, Michelle and Barack are so far the only president and first lady — present or former — to share public messages of love in honor of the holiday.
George W. and Laura Bush and Bill and Hillary Clinton have yet to post anything — though none of them did last year, either.
Neither Donald Trump nor his wife Melania has shared anything in honor of Valentine's Day yet either. It's not even clear if they will be spending the day together.
For the second year in a row, Melania will be visiting the Children’s Inn at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on Thursday to celebrate Valentine's Day with the hospital's young patients.

Barack and Obama share sweet messages on social media for most birthdays, anniversaries, and Valentine's Days.
Most recently, the former president named Michelle's bestselling memoir, 'Becoming,' his favorite book while continuing his annual tradition of sharing his favorite songs, movies, and books from the year.
When he listed his wife's book, he sweetly wrote in parentheses 'obviously my favorite!'
Last Valentine's Day, they both shared messages of love, with Barack posting a cute image and heartwarming words.
Michelle, however, took the time to create a Spotify playlist of carefully-selected love songs for the occasion.

'Happy #ValentinesDay to my one and only, @BarackObama,' the former first lady wrote. 'To celebrate the occasion, I’m dedicating a little Valentine’s Day playlist to you!'
The list of songs includes classics like Ben E. King's Stand By Me, Barry White's Can't Get Enough of Your Love, Babe, and Diana Ross' Endless Love.
There are also more modern tunes, like Beyonce's Halo, Janelle Monae's Primetime, and Adele's cover of Make You Feel My Love.
Other highlights include All of Me by John Legend, Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis, Dog Days are Over by Florence + The Machine, Fix You by Coldplay, Just the Way You Are by Billy Joel, Your Song by Elton John, and Shape of You by Ed Sheeran.
There's some rap, too, with appearances by Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, Common, as well as a few more upbeat dance options, including two tracks by Calvin Harris.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
