Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth reportedly 'married' during an intimate ceremony at their $8.2 million Tennessee mansion on December 23. 

And during the small gathering, Radar Online reports that the couple fed guests 'crispy fried chicken from Big Shake's Hot Chicken and Fish in Franklin.'

Rumours of a secret wedding first started circulating online on Monday after a picture of the pair cutting an apparent wedding cake was posted online.

An employee from the chicken confirmed to the American publication that they'd 'made a special delivery' to the couple's home.

A family pack of ten chicken wings from the establishment costs just USD $24.99 (AUD $36), with platters being priced at even less.

The choice of dining will come as no surprise to fans of the superstars, with Miley and Liam known for their down-to-earth lifestyle.

Earlier this year the couple were spotted shopping at an IGA Supermarket in Australia, with Liam recently spotted browsing clothes in an American Target store.

Following the intimate affair on December 23, guests had a taste for fast food.

Miley's sister Brandi shared footage of the American family stocking up on fast food at franchise Sonic's on Christmas Eve. 

In the clip, Miley's younger sister Noah orders a large amount of food alongside parents Billy Ray and Tash, before returning to the singer's mansion.

'Can I please get a medium jumbo pop corn chicken [with] ranch and honey mustard [and] fries?' Noah is heard saying.

Footage on Monday showed Miley and Liam hosting the apparent big day at their USD $5.8 million (AUD $8.2 million) mansion in Franklin, Tennessee.

Rumours they'd tied the knot first started after a photo appeared online on Monday of the couple cutting what appeared to be a wedding a cake in their kitchen.    

Although Miley and Liam have not confirmed if they have married or not, Noah fueled speculation on Monday by sharing an emotional selfie crying.

Liam's brothers Chris and Luke Hemsworth had both flown to America to join the couple for their celebrations.

In the cake cutting image, Miley is glowing in an ivory off-the-shoulder gown as she stands before hunky Australian Liam, whose hand rests under hers.

Actor Liam cut a dapper figure in a black suit with a crisp white shirt as they both hold a large knife while standing before Miley's casually dressed mother Trish.

Adding to the celebratory atmosphere are giant metallic pink balloons spelling out 'Mr & Mrs', evidence of which was shared in an accompanying video.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
