«Breaking News» Lucy Watson shows off her impeccable abs in a tiny bikini as she celebrates Christmas in Barbados

She follows a strict vegan diet and intense exercise regime.

And Lucy Watson showed off the results of her clean living lifestyle as she slipped into a khaki bikini whilst spending Christmas in Barbados. 

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the former Made In Chelsea star, 27, revealed she was celebrating the holiday in the sunshine she shared some steamy beachside snaps.

Showing off her impeccably toned abs, the reality starlet donned a khaki bandeau bikini top, teamed the garment with a pair of scanty briefs. 

Posing coquettishly on the sand Lucy finished off the look by styling her glossy chestnut locks in loose waves that framed her pretty features. 

With one bikini not enough, Lucy then changed into a skimpy black two-piece as she posed up a storm on her Instagram stories.

Lucy has fully embraced the vegan lifestyle, releasing her own cookbook and line of food, whilst also opening her own restaurant.  

The entrepreneur appeared on This Morning last month where she had a heated debate with a turkey farmer questioning him 'what is a humane slaughter, exactly?'

Lucy grilled farmer Matt Carter over the practices adopted at Greendale Farm, near Exeter, during the tense debate on the programme.

On This Morning today, Lucy began questioning Matt after he described how his farm looks after animals in an 'ethical' way.

The reality star asked 'What do you mean by ethical exactly?', to which the farmer responded: 'Being well looked after, they're free-range, they're slaughtered humanely, and looked after in the best way possible'

Lucy then shot back: 'What is a humane slaughter, exactly?'. Matt replied: 'In the most stress-free way possible.'

She questioned 'And what does that entail?' to which the farmer said 'Well, it entails killing the turkey. There's no other way of getting you your Christmas dinner on the table without killing the turkey.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
