Adam and Zara have shocked fans of the show with their ongoing romance, given that he was labelled a love rat throughout the series.
But Adam says they have grown as a couple and things appear optimistic between them.
He said: 'At one point I was quite shy, a few years ago I was a diff type of person. We've grown as a couple.'

Adam said it's not true at all, adding: 'We've tried to be as supportive as we can.'

He continued: 'We had a little bit of a patch ourselves, and no one will know what really happened except for them.
'They are two of the most genuine people we know.'
And Adam also pointed out that some of the boys that were most criticised on the show are now in some of the most solid relationships.
He said: 'Me, Wes, Meghan and Josh were quite the villains on the show but we're the only ones that are still together!'
Lorraine then asked what the couple are doing for Christmas.
Adam replied: 'We're not together on Christmas day, but we're having our own Christmas celebrations. I need to spend time with my family!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
