Court documents in the criminal case against Kevin Spacey that have been obtained by DailyMail.com detail how the actor allegedly assaulted his teenage victim.
Spacey will appear in court next month to be arraigned on a charge of Indecent Assault & Battery that stems from an incident that allegedly occurred in the early morning hours of July 8, 2016 at The Club Car in Nantucket.
The then-18-year-old-man accusing Spacey claims in court documents that this is where the actor tried to 'jack him off' after the Oscar winner allegedly unzipped the boy's fly, stuck his hand in his pants and began to rub his penis.
He shared the alleged details of this encounter with multiple people at the time but not police, citing his embarrassment about being sexually assaulted by a famous man as the reason for his silence.
Spacey is now facing up to five years in jail, a sentence he is preparing to fight as was evidenced in court last week when his lawyers argued that the teenager who made these allegations was a drunk sycophant who has no proof of any inappropriate contact.

DailyMail.com has obtained the criminal complaint and police report in the Kevin Spacey sexual assault case (Spacey above with the bouncer at The Club Car, who introduced the actor and the alleged victim)
At the scene: Spacey, 59, allegedly unzipped the fly of an 18-year-old worker at The Club Car in Nantucket and then tried to 'jerk him off' according to a police report (Spacey above after the incident at an event in nantucket later that same week with his managed Evan)
Location: The teen said that he believes Spacey was groping him for three minutes and told police he was on Snapchat and Instagram during that time (exterior of The Club Car in Nantucket, where the alleged assault took place)
The teen told police that he met Spacey at the end of his shift on July 7, and was introduced to the actor by his friend, the doorman at the club.
The two shared some small talk before the actor bought him a beer and later whiskey, declaring: 'Let's get drunk.'
The teen, who was working at The Club Car in Nantucket for the summer, told Spacey about his girlfriend he claimed, but soon after was told to 'stop talking to her' by the actor.
'Spacey then asked [redacted] what he was packing...,' reads the police report, which goes on to note that 'Spacey told [redacted] his dick was 8 inches long.'
The teeanger told police that this remark was a 'red flag,' and the reason why he repeatedly refused Spacey's invitations to return to his home on the island.
Those offers to return to Spacey's home came while the two men were outside smoking a cigarette the teenager told police, and it was after that when they returned to the bar from outside that the alleged assault took place.
'Spacey used his left hand and started rubbing [redacted]'s thigh. Spacey worked his way up to [redacted]'s zipper. [Redacted] said this happened quickly. Spacey unzipped his pants,' states the police report complied after interviewing the teen.
'While Spacey is touching his penis, [redacted] was texting and snapchatting. [Redacted] thinks the touching went on for about three minutes.'
It is later noted: '[Redacted] described it as Spacey trying to jack him off, the way Spacey was playing with his dick, but [redacted] wasn't erect.'
'[Redacted] didn’t know what to do. He didn’t want to get in trouble at work or get his work in trouble,' wrote Trooper Gerald F. Donovan.
'He knows he’s only 18, he’s not supposed to be drinking, and he’s not supposed to be drinking at his work.'
He later told his sister about the incident that night, and co-workers the following day.
The teen also allegedly snapchatted as Spacey groped him and sent that image to his girlfriend according to court filings.
The alleged victim's mother, Heather Unruh, said last year that her son was eventually able to get away when a woman walked over to him while the actor was in the bathroom and said: 'Run!'
House of cards: Spacey will be arraigned on one count of Indecent Assault & Battery when he appears in a Nantucket courtroom early next month (Spacey above in his now-cancelled Netflix show House of Cards)
Emerging: Spacey popped up on social media just as the charges were made public on Monday (the actor's tweet above)
At the same time as the charge was announced, Spacey released a bizarre video on Monday suggesting that he was preparing to make a comeback.
In the video, entitled Let Me Be Frank, Spacey acknowledges the charges which have been made against him and suggests he will overcome them and revive his career.
He then makes a number of cryptic statements, at one point stating: 'If I didn't pay the price for the things we both know I did do, I'm certainly not gonna pay the price for the things I didn't do.'
Spacey then closes out the video by stating: 'I feel surprisingly good and my confidence grows each day that soon enough you will know the full truth.
'Wait a minute, now that I think of it, you never actually saw me die, did you? Conclusions can be so deceiving. Miss me?'
That last comment seems to be a reference to Frank Underwood, the character he played on House of Cards.
The lawyer for the victim gave a brief statement on Monday, saying: 'The complainant has shown a tremendous amount of courage in coming forward. Let the facts be presented, the relevant law applied and a just and fair verdict rendered.'
The family has yet to speak out, but at a press conference last year Unruh declared: 'I want to see Kevin Spacey go to jail. I want to see Kevin Spacey see the hand of justice come down on him — not just for my son, but every victim who speaks the truth.'
DailyMail.com uncovered multiple photos of Spacey from that week in Nantucket back in 2016, including one taken with a co-worker of the victim at the Club Car, where the alleged assault took place.
Another shows the Oscar winner, 58, with his constant companion, manager and former pop star Evan Lowenstein while one posted by the actor himself shows him flying in a private plane to an event in nearby Boston.
Reps for Spacey have not responded to multiple requests for comment.
Trying time: The alleged victim's mother, Heather Unruh (above), said last year that her son was eventually able to get away when a woman walked over to him while the actor was in the bathroom and said: 'Run!'
Spacey may also be under investigation by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
A spokesperson for the organization spoke with DailyMail.com back in August and said: 'A sex assault case was presented yesterday to our office by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department involving Kevin Spacey. It remains under review.'
This is now the second case under review by the special task force that was set up by the agency earlier this year.
That case remains under review.
This all comes a little over one year after the two-time Oscar winner was accused of sexually assaulting a then-underage Anthony Rapp at his Manhattan apartment.
Spacey responded by coming out as gay and entering a rehab facility in Arizona, where he remained for weeks.
The incident that spurred Spacey's downfall allegedly took place at Spacey's apartment in 1986 when the actor invited Rapp to a party while they were both appearing on Broadway.
In an interview with Buzzfeed, Rapp said that he found himself alone in the apartment at the end of the night and that Spacey then began to make his move.
'He picked me up like a groom picks up the bride over the threshold. But I don't, like, squirm away initially, because I'm like, 'What's going on?' And then he lays down on top of me,' said Rapp, who detailed being pressed up against the bed before being able to squirm away and ultimately leave the house without being assaulted by Spacey.
Spacey made the decision to come out of the closet in a statement apologizing to actor Anthony Rapp, who said in an interview that the actor attempted to sexually assault him in 1986, an incident Spacey says he does not remember.
Rapp was 14 at the time while Spacey was 26.
Spacey is also under investigation in London for incidents that occurred there while he was the artistic director at the esteemed Old Vic theater.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
