Katie Price has been charged with drink-driving after crashing her pink Range Rover in London following a five day bender on October 10.
The mother-of-five, 40, was arrested in the earlier hours of the morning two months ago after turning up uninvited to her on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson's 30th birthday party.
Katie was charged by postal requisition last week and is now due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday, 7 January.

Katie's representative declined to comment when approached by MailOnline.
The former glamour model was released by police pending further investigation on October 10 following a five-day bender that ended up with her being arrested for drink-driving after turning up uninvited to her on-off boyfriend's birthday party.
It is thought the former glamour model was taken out through a back exit of Plumstead police station, before returning to her Sussex home with her now ex-boyfriend Alex Adderson.

At the time, Katie was receiving treatment at The Priory and meant to be abstaining from alcohol, but it has since been revealed that she went on a five day bender prior to her drink-drive arrest.
The former glamour model enjoyed Strawberry Daquiris with ex-boyfriend Alex Adderson at the weekend after fearing the 25-year-old would think she is a 'boring granny' if she didn't let her hair down, according to The Sun.
A source said: 'Katie was knocking back Strawberry Daiquiris in Alex’s house on Saturday night.
'She drove there so she wouldn’t be tempted to drink but it didn’t take much for her to fall off the wagon.
'They went out for a while, but Alex had to stop drinking after two champagnes because Katie was draining cocktails. She kept saying "they are basically fruit salads" and "one of my five a day".
After drinking with her 25-year-old ex-boyfriend at the weekend the Loose Women panellist appeared worse-for-wear as she turned up unannounced and uninvited at her on-off partner's party.
With insiders telling MailOnline she had a blazing row with former toyboy beau Alex Adderson, 25, and was seeking comfort from Kris, who is still close to the star.
Sources said: 'We were having a few drinks when someone said to Kris, someone is here to see you...
'The next thing Katie’s there, I’m not exactly sure why... She looked a bit worse for wear - I think she just turned up as everyone was quite shocked. Kris got up and welcomed her after the shock; I have met her before so she was OK with me. Kris and her walked off for a chat so we left them to it.'
A Metropolitan Police spokesman told MailOnline at the time: 'At approximately 02:00hrs on Wednesday, October 10, British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich. She has been released under investigation.
'A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. She was taken to a south London police station where she remains. Officers from the Metropolitan Police investigate. Enquiries continue. A breath test was administered - we do not discuss results.'
Katie could face six months in prison if she's found guilty of drink-driving.
UK law states that a person found guilty of drink-driving can be fined, banned from the roads, and even imprisoned.
Driving or attempting to drive while above the legal limit could see a person imprisoned for six months, given an unlimited fine or a driving ban of at least one year.
Back in February, the mother-of-five was banned from driving for six months after doing 60mph on the 50mph A24. Moreover, she famously handed herself into police back in July for driving while on a six-month ban.
Taking to Instagram, the former glamour model admitted that she thought the ban was over - but as soon as she realised it wasn't, confessed her wrongdoing to authorities to avoid a 'guilty conscience.'
She said at the time: 'Been on such an emotional rollercoaster the last 6 months and my head has been all over the place, so much so, that I thought my driving ban was up.
'After driving to Harvey's Hospital appointment I have NOW found out that I don't get my licence back until 8th August. With this on my conscience I called police and reported myself,' Katie confessed.
'I've come such a long way and just want easy life now. 'I have got out of a hole and am finally happy and looking forward to being my old independent self.'
Katie's driving ban was first reported by The Sun, who revealed earlier this year that the businesswoman wouldn't be able to get behind the wheel for six months because she already had points on her licence when she was handed another six for her latest speeding offence.
The reality star received a £750 fine as well as £200 in costs and a £75 surcharge following her conviction, according to the paper.
Katie reportedly failed to inform police when she received the ticket for breaking the speeding limit in a 50mph limit on the A24 in Dial Post, West Sussex in 2017.
It is almost six years since Katie was barred from driving on the roads for 12 months for the first time back in 2012.
She claimed that she failed to see a pair of speeding tickets because her mother takes care of the mail. Katie was ordered to pay a total of £75 and she was slapped with the 12-month driving ban.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
