The possibility of a Friends reunion has been heavily shot down by the cast and crew in previous years.
And Jennifer Aniston has now revealed the surprising real reason why the popular sitcom hasn't been revived for a reunion, as she appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Tuesday night.
The American actress, 49, admitted that she, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow wanted the revival to take place, but it was actually the boys who weren't too keen on the idea.

Friends focused on the daily exploits of six friends living in New York City, and also starred David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry.
The sitcom ran for ten years from 1994 to 2004 and even gave Jennifer, Courteney and Lisa the title of the highest paid television actresses at the time.
And discussing the show's comeback to James, Jennifer admitted: 'The girls say we would always love to do it again and the boys are a little less excited about it for some reason.'
Answering to the disappointed reaction from the audience, Jennifer joked: 'And so, we’ve decided that we’ll just do a remake of The Golden Girls in 40 years…

In comparison to the rest of her co-stars, Jennifer has always appeared open to the idea of a reunion.
In 2017, the California native answered Ellen DeGeneres' questions about a reunion by saying, 'Anything is a possibility, Ellen. Anything, right? I mean, George Clooney got married.'
Lisa Kudrow, however, also isn't a fan of the idea of bringing the show back, telling Conan O'Brien this year: 'They’re rebooting everything. But I don’t know — how does that work with Friends, though?
'That was about people in their 20s, 30s. The show isn’t about people in their 40s, 50s. And if we have the same problems, then that’s just sad. That’s not fun.'

Matthew, who played Chandler Bing, admitted in a 2016 interview with ITV's This Morning that he was concerned that a reunion could 'ruin' the show after the successful decade-long run ended 'so well.'
He said: 'That's the concern about doing a reunion show or a movie because it ended so well and you don't want to ruin that. Everybody always asks about a reunion and there's been no real talk of it.'
Show creators David Crane and Marta Kauffman also previously insisted that a reunion 'will never happen'.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter in 2016, Crane explained: '[This show is] about a time in your life when your friends are your family. Once you start having a family, that time of your life is over.
'We finished the show exactly the way we wanted to finish it. To revisit those characters just seems like a bad idea — you don't want to see them hanging out in the coffeehouse now.
'And the good news is, you can see them whenever you want to. The show lives on with amazing vitality.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
