James explained to the panel: 'Harry and Sandra are the true love story. It's very easy for us all to think it doesn't exist. But it really does.
'They met when they were 17, courted for four years, then got married.
'They're definitely the example that's made me realise Kirstie and I are very happy with what we've got and we want to kind of do it, really. He's given me the inspiration to take the next step.'

Go wild for Carol's leopard print dress by Zara
We can always rely on the Loose Women panel for some wardrobe inspiration and today it came from Carol McGiffin.
The presenter immediately caught our eye in this leopard print dress... well it is hard not to spot the trendiest animal print.
Carol stuck to what she knows best: a bargain buy that looks much more expensive by wearing this Zara smock dress, as styled by Gemma Shanley and Bertie Bowen. We love the loose silhouette which is perfectly balanced with tailored cuffed sleeves and puffed shoulders.
For only £39.99 you get a mini dress than can work day or night all-year round so don’t miss out and copy Carol by clicking (right) to buy.
Alternatively, go designer with a similar dress by Ganni which is not to be missed, or get the look for less with Missguided, The Fashion Bible and Missy Empire.

When Carol McGiffin then bluntly asked: 'Well have you done it yet?' James proceeded to awkwardly laugh, before joking that Harry had already recommended a ring.
This came after James revealed his reasoning behind entering the jungle was to 'challenge himself,' and he has no intention of using the show as a platform to go solo.
He revealed: 'I'm very happy with my position on the Vamps, I have no plans to go solo, I just wanted to challenge myself.
'With the band we have to be active on social and I thought the lovely thing about the jungle is when you take away the social we had so many different people of different races, religions, when you take that away and it's just person to person contact and it works.

'I've watched the series every year, people think its so cliched when they say they've made friends for life.
'But my relationships with Harry and Nick I see lasting for many years to come. You go through everything the first day I was in there, when we were in the bad camp and we were all washing our nether regions next to each other.
'I learned, you go into the process hoping you're a nice person, but you really learn what it is to have the camaraderie.
'Anne nearly left in the first couple of days. It made me realise I'll never moan again about being hungry.'

Following behind Harry as the series champion as Emily Atack in the runner-up position, while John Barrowman made it to the final and finished in third place.
Star: James proved a favourite in the jungle thanks to his laid-back and polite nature, alongside his ability to give it his all in every single trial

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
