Holly Willoughby reportedly found Noel Edmonds 'patronising' and felt 'uncomfortable' around him.
The I'm A Celebrity! host first clashed with the ex-contestant during an awkward This Morning interview in 2016 in which she challenged his claims that 'negative energy' causes cancer - prompting Noel to later brand her 'aggressive and disrespectful'.
And the 'bad blood' is allegedly still going strong two years later, with sources claiming Holly, 37, couldn't stand the 69-year-old's 'chippy' attitude towards her before he was evicted.
Rumour has it: Holly Willoughby reportedly found Noel Edmonds 'patronising' and felt 'uncomfortable' around him
'Holly and Noel do not like each other and their bad blood goes right back to the This Morning interview,' a source told The Sun on Sunday.
'Holly was angry with Noel at the time and thought he was callous,' the insider went on, before adding that she was 'shocked' when he signed up for I'm A Celebrity!
'She has been very professional on the show but if you know her, you can see that she does not like him. She finds him patronising and feels uncomfortable around him,' the source claimed.
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Holly, Noel and I'm A Celebrity for comment.

Noel and Holly first butted heads when he went on This Morning in 2016 to discuss his controversial views on cancer.
The Deal Or No Deal frontman claimed he had cured his prostate cancer diagnosis with a £2,315 yoga mat and that the disease is caused by 'negative energy'.
Holly asked whether the star would ask a child who was suffering from cancer whether their illness had been caused by 'negative energy', while Phil branded a tweet Noel had sent to a cancer sufferer asking whether their 'ill-health was a result of their negative attitude' as 'insensitive'.
Noel curtly replied: 'As someone who until very recently had cancer, all I asked was a question.'
Not impressed? 'She has been very professional on the show but if you know her, you can see that she does not like him. She finds him patronising and feels uncomfortable around him,' the source claimed
He accused Holly and Phil of 'stitching him up' and claimed he had never said 'negative thinking can cause cancer', while accusing This Morning of promoting his cause incorrectly.
Following his appearance on This Morning, Noel later branded the pair 'aggressive, disrespectful and dishonest' as he reflected on the interview on his website Noel World.
Meanwhile, earlier this week Holly couldn't hide her disgust for Noel after he burped in her face following the Rancid Race Bushtucker Trial.
Fans took to social media in hysterics after Holly failed to hide her outrage following the challenge, especially after seeing the presenter struggling to stomach watching this series' tasks.

All eleven campmates were taking part in the Rancid Race, which saw them down glasses of disgusting jungle beverages, with the fastest star winning points for their team.
After one of the beverages Noel couldn't hold down a belch as Holly and Dec introduced the next challenge, with the blonde's disdain utterly apparent.
Viewers were quick to point out her frosty response after struggling to stomach parts of the trial, which left many of stars fighting to keep down the vile beverages.

It comes as Noel became the first star to be voted out of the jungle on Friday evening, after he earned the least votes opposite five other campmates.
The legendary presenter earned the least public votes out of the six campmates who failed to win immunity, and after walking across the bridge was greeted by wife of nine years Liz.
Noel's nine-day stint in camp came after the star was reportedly the highest paid celebrity contestant in the show's 16 year history, with a staggering £600,000 salary.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
